WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Chamblee

I visited this location on my lunch break. I ordered a 10 piece wing meal. I always frequent wnb factory so I tried this new location. They charged me 75 cents for a blue cheese dressing because I needed 3 and they only give you one free with a 10 piece which isn’t enough sauce for a ten piece. The guy at the front counter was not inviting or helpful. My meal was supposed to come with a drink, but he did not advise that that drink had to be a fountain drink that I could not get a bottle drink and a bottle drink would be a dollar extra when I said I would take it. He told me I could not swipe my card again because it at least had to be five dollars for me to swipe my card so I did not end up with a bottle drink whatever ever happened to the customers is always right? I love WnB wings from home. I was working a game and saw this location. I ordered 8 pc wing combo with chicken fried rice. My friend ordered a 6pc the same way. Store was clean and not busy. I got my food counted my wings and was missing one. Took it to the young lady and they fixed it. I paid over $30 for the food and the wings were small and they gave me a small amount of rice. Nothing like the one in lithonia and Conyers serve. Very disappointed and won’t be back. Gave me my food in a container that would just hold sub. Cheated me out the normal amount of rice and upcharged me for the combo. I try not to argue with places like this and just don’t go back! Manager was busy talking with another customer. Me and my fiancé have been ordering from this place a few times over the past few months but our three most recent orders have been HORRIBLE! The wings I received last night seem to have been fried in old grease or fish grease and were the most disgusting wings I have ever had. I ordered a chicken philly sandwich a few days prior that was nothing but huge chunks of chicken on an old bun. No mayonnaise, no onions, no peppers no NOTHING. The wings my fiancé received last week were soft and not even cooked throughly. We spend way too much money here for the food to be half cooked and throw together.
