The food at this location was mediocre at best. I have had better at other locations. The atmosphere wasn't too bad, but the service here was more than terrible. Let me be objective regarding the service. Waited 15 minutes for a server to take drink order. After ordering a drink as well as food, It was another 6 minutes to receive a drink. For the duration of the next 48 minutes, I seen my server twice in the dining room, and in both cases, the server never stopped to ask if I needed anything. (I had finished my drink after about ten minutes of it arriving at my table.) So I requested from another server that my server come refill my drink. Food finally arrived to the table at 73 minutes after being seated. But no drink. I requested a drink from my server. I then watched my server bring food and drinks to 2 other parties and assist in bussing 2 tables. I got up from my table and went to the manager to request 3 drinks. Took my server 2 minutes to bring only 2 drinks. Finished my meal, server no where in sight, so I went to register, seen the manager again and asked for check, so he had to go find my server and after a few more minutes, the server finally comes to the register from the back. All the manager said was "sorry, we were absolutely slammed." Well if zero wait time to be seated and the restaurant not at capacity is "slammed," management needs training. Read moreI was seated by waitress Kendra B. As I entered, she was sitting in the far right corner, eating. She slowly stood and sauntered over to greet me, saying, “You need help?” I replied, “I’d like a table for one.” She led me to my table, but her demeanor seemed bothered or annoyed. She didn’t smile.
She placed the menu and asked if I wanted something to drink. After that, I had to ask for everything—napkins, forks, and spoons. She didn’t ask to refill my hot drink. She then asked if I needed more time to look at the menu, and I said just a couple of minutes. It took her a long time to come back.
Finally, she brought my food, but it wasn’t hot. She just walked away. I wanted ice water, but she never came back. I finished my meal and waited for a while. She was nowhere in sight. I walked over to the cash register and noticed her plating food for another guest in the kitchen. She took food off one of the plates and put it in her mouth. She had no gloves, which made me feel very sick to my stomach.
I feel bad because she wasn’t nasty or rude; she just didn’t seem to want to be there or care whether or not good service was provided. Read moreAbsolute lack or organization and professionalism. I arrived at this location on 12/26/18 at 9am. I was seated after standing for 3 minutes, with no one in front of me. The server ( Didn't catch her name) was prompt and polite. I ordered my food and coffee. I recieved my coffee and after 30 minutes, had not received my food. Of course, i am out of time. So i get the check for coffee and proceed to pay. There i waited 5 minutes. The server eventually came to cash me out. She begins to count change from her ticket book because she had no access to the register. I said, i must go, i can use a card. At that time , Michelle, the manager walks up to open the register. I then ask would they prefer for me to use cash or debit. Michelle responds back defensively, and says "Well, what do you want to use?". I responded, which ever helps you. She again asked the same question with a snarley attitude. Her not understanding, that i asked because it seemed the server was struggling with gathering my change. I ended up doing cash.
