Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Chamblee

I will NEVER order from this place again. The reviews that are good are fake. I went onto the Pizza Hut app and put in my address and the app just happened to choose THIS Pizza Hut. I watched the app until it said it was delivered and still no one was at the door so I called to see if my pizza was brought to the wrong place. The girl on the phone assured me that she hadn’t delivered the pizza yet but would be on her way. She read me back my address and I told her yes that is my address and we hung up. 20 min later I get a call back saying that I was not in the area of her Pizza Hut and that I put the wrong Pizza Hut in and that it was of no fault of her own but my fault and she would be canceling. (This is delivery driver Laure Silva) I asked her if my money would go onto my card immediately in which she replied no that it would take a day or so and I asked her why she couldn’t just bring my pizza and she continued to try to argue with me and tell me it was my fault so i asked her full name and she refused to give it (ended up getting it off caller id) I hung up and called customer service. As I’m on the phone with customer service her shift lead calls me to say that she is still canceling my order but was it necessary for me to talk to her driver that way. I switched back to customer service and had a supervisor call the store. They told the supervisor that I told the driver to come to a different address when I never said that. Mind you the store that was so called not in my area was only 10 min away. The supervisor switched back to my line and I explained that I NEVER told them a different address and my address never changed. She apologized profusely and said they switched their story up after she spoke to them again and gave me a refund and put my order back in the system again and told me that it would be about 30 -45 min. I called again about an hour later and was assured by customer service that it was still coming and it was just taking a while because they were busy (not to busy to get on be phone to try to argue with me and make up lies though) My order never came. The two woman (one driver Laure Silva and her shift lead) need to be fired. The way they spoke to me and handled the entire situation was NOT okay. So let me say how excited I was to see you in a new location..new location, new employees, new equipment, better service.. Gee was I wrong new building same inaccurate slow service and ineffective managerial control so many missed opportunities this evening to take care of the guest. Placed my order over the phone 2 medium pan crust pizza’s( & toppings) and wings .1 of those pizza placed with white sauce instead of marinara sauce nothing too complicated, so I thought. Arrived at facility manger ladonna asked if I was placing or picking up informed her carryout gave her my name she said it wasn't ready so I wanted another 20 mins on top of my drive for my pizza’s get to register pay for my pizzas opened up boxes got thin crust instead of pan let her know she said she was sorry she asked if I could wait informed her I couldn't paid for my pizzas get to the car and discover both pizzas have red sauce go back inside return pizzas wait another 20 mins pizza’s comes out and is still wrong and distrct mgr. remade the order ,Their were so many failed opportunities poor execution by manger ladonna arrived to facility was at the register to pay instead of her cashing me out and repeating order she took my name and said she would cash me out later this could have potentially eliminated my terrible experience she would have known that my order was not keyed in correctly, in which my order was repeated over the phone when I placed my order. 2nd I come back in a bring my pizzas and instead of her making sure my order get corrected personally or communicating to the distrct mgr.whom refixed my order and it says on the receipt garlic parmesan he just fix whatever too busy distracted talking about scheduling their is a lobby full of ppl waiting on their food and their will not be any need for scheduling if customers aren't coming in which their where about 6 other customers saying how ridiculous they couldn't get my order right in which im sure they like me will tell others how my order was screwed up I should have gone to jimmy johns and atleast their accurate not to mention fast & somewhat of an...

Ordered curbside pickup, so i paid online. website said ready in 10-20min. I wait outside the store, location has no curbside window, so i called after 20min, customer service at call center was not nice and helpful. While i waited, i called 3 times, and all they did each time was to put me one hold, notify them, and couldnt tell me more, until a supervisor get the location personel om the phone with me. He said my order was ready, but i had to wait cuz he was the only person in the store. By that time, i was already fed up, upset after a long day of work, i paid online so i didnt have to get out of my car, and i expect to get my order that way. I did the online payment while i was driving, for it was how bad i didnt want to leave my car and it was how bad i wanted to get it curbside. AND pizzhut website said they will bring out the food to my car if there is no curbaide window, BUT this location had only 1 person, and the guy didnt want to leave the store, which inunderstand, but STILL, FACT is i didnt get what i ordered and I didnt get what the website or PIZZA HUT promised to have my food ready in 10-20min and I didnt get what they promiae to bring out the food. SO I requested a refund, which the only employee on site was polite and promise will refund. THIS WHOLE experience was horrible, wasted about 1 hour, and I failed to get food in 2 more options I went to because they were closed by that time. I went to PapaJohn eventually, get it in in 40min only 10min over what they promise and clerk said sorry also. Pizza hut didnt said sorry a single time when i had 4 interactions. Wont visit...
