Service:
Unprofessional. Rude. Inconsistent. Inconsiderate. Disrespectful.
The staff is young, and they do not model the Chick-fil-A culture and values. They talk amongst themselves in front of the customers using profanity, service is slow, one’s order is incomplete and then they get an attitude and want to argue with you when you try and request the remainder of your order.
Food:
Mediocre. Not complete. Portion sizes off.
The breading on the original chicken sandwich is inconsistent. Some days it is breaded properly and some days it isn’t breaded at all. I tried switching to the spicy chicken sandwich but that was not the solution. The chicken breast sometimes is so thin it’s sad. They do not fill the fries anymore. At best, the container is about 3/4 of the way full. The quality of the food has gone down.
Management/Owner (Theresa Wilson):
Awful. Disrespectful. Rude. Combative. Does not care about your business.
On one of my recent visits I purchased a cup of coffee and the staff member did not secure the lid causing the hot coffee to spill onto my lap. It caused burns to my legs/thighs. I yelled immediately from the pain. He took and refilled the same cup and brought it back to me. I filed a complaint via the app and while the staff member apologized in the moment I never heard from Theresa Wilson in regard to the matter. Soon after a reward was placed on my account. How do you have a customer that was injured at your restaurant and you don’t bother to reach out to them?
I tried to move on from this situation, but everyday it is something new. For example, ordering breakfast and arriving 30 minutes before it ends to be told there is no more coffee, or no more breakfast (multiple times), not receiving my complete order and when I address it they want to argue or verify the contents of the bag as if I am lying. Also, not getting the condiments requested via the mobile app.
The icing on the cake was yesterday. I went through the drive thru after I placed a mobile order. I requested 5 Chick-fil-A sauces with the combo # 1. The 2 sauces for the sandwich and the 3 sauces for the large fries. All pre-ordered and pre-paid via the app. They only gave me 2 sauces. When I mentioned I was missing 3, Mrs. Wilson proceeded to use a staff member to be the go between to inform me I needed to pay $0.81 for the additional sauce. I explained I only wanted what I ordered and paid for. The staff member was then instructed to tell me that I was only getting 2 and I didn’t “technically” pay for the sauces.
At which point I decided to speak to Mrs. Wilson directly. I explained the app allows for a max amount of sauces per item/combo. I requested the max and if Chick-fil-A wanted me pay for the sauces it would have charged me extra via the app.
Mrs. Wilson replied that corporate told them to charge for the additional sauces. After which, I made additional attempts to request what I pre-ordered and pre-paid for and then Mrs. Wilson grabbed the 3 sauces and slammed them into my hand (which hurt). I immediately expressed I would be filling a complaint against her.
This was absolutely despicable, disheartening, and unacceptable behavior. Mrs. Wilson is the exact opposite of what one comes to expect of a representative/face of Chick-fil-A. It goes without saying I will never return to this...
Read moreIf I could leave, no stars, then I would. I visited this location and ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken, no corn ,extra cheese and extra egg drive 30 minutes home open my salad, and it was made the traditional way it was rung up the way I asked for it and I paid for the extra cheese and extra egg. I tried to call the location and no one answered the phone. I called Chick-fil-A. Customer care to find out that all Chick-fil-A’s are privately owned, but they will send a complaint to the franchise owner. Never had a phone call or anything from the franchise owner Teresa Wilson, So about five days later I called customer care back and I was informed that the store put a reward on my account. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager this time someone finally picked up the phone after three tries this particular day and the person who answered the phone said that they were the franchise owner, Teresa Wilson. I explained the situation and I asked how come I never received the phone call I asked for instead someone just took and put reward points on my account. She told me she knew nothing about it. She never got the complaint that’s something that customer care does. I reached out to customer cares again. They told me that was not true. You can look at your rewards and it will tell you where it came from and who put it on there. Theresa Wilson is a big liar. She then told me that she will refund me for the extra cheese and extra egg, but not the salad. I called customer care back twice to speak to someone in corporate. They send the complaint back to Teresa Wilson, and she called and informed me no matter how many times I called customer cares. It will always come back to her and she informs me that at this point it is what it is was...
Read moreMy mother and I and my neices had a long trip ahead of us so we came here through the drive thru to eat. My neices wanted two chicken tender entrees. The boy who took our order put on there 2 singular chicken tenders. We saw that was what we got and were kind of irritated as we had to wait in the long line again to get what we actually wanted. My mother stated that we wanted 2 chicken tender entrees. I worked at chick fil a before. He was supposed to ask how many we wanted in each order and he did not. This did not register until I saw we got the wrong thing. My mother asked to speak to a manager because it was an inconvenience for us and she didn't want anyone else to be inconvenienced. The manager came out and spoke to us but was very rude. I unfortunately didn't get her nane but she was a relatively heavy set woman and she was not in her uniform. She tried to put the blame on us saying that my mom didn't say chicken tender entree even though me and her know for a fact she did. My mom said she did but the kid didn't ask how many we wanted for each entree or anything. He just put 2 singular chicken tenders on there. The younger manager girl behind her said that is actually what is supposed to be done and asked the manager talking to us if she can talk to him about it because it has been happening a lot. This older manager PUT HER HAND on the girl and practically pushed her inside and said "Just go back inside". She then told us they aren't supposed to ask how many we want for an order even though I know they are. He even asked us that when we came back around and explained the situation so we could get what we wanted before speaking to the manager. So she just knew she was wrong and sent the girl away because we were validated. She...
