This location is only getting this rating from me because they have an employee (Angela) who is extremely condescending especially when it comes to customers making returns. It's as if she's taking the return personal and it's coming out of her check! I have moved to a new place so naturally that means new furnishings and we all know how HomeGoods is. You either get it now or chance it not being there when you return.Ā So in the process of deciding between what's going to work in my place and what's not, I've purchased a couple of things that just didn't work out. Stores have a return policy for a reason. Three times (twice with me and once with another customer) I've watched Angela treat customers as if she's offended by the return or she made the product herself. No other employee acts like this in any other HomeGoods but she proceeds with a rbf and a condescending tone and questioning that makes coming to the most convenient HomeGoods to me a hassle. People don't forget the way you make them feel. She probably needs to find a new line of work if she can't treat people...

From living room furniture to outdoor decor, you can even find some nice snacks that you would sometimes miss in regular markets and grocery stores. Honestly I don't know why I never shopped here before, but now it's got me wanting to go back and trying to find new surprises throughout the other store locations.
At this particular location, they require all customers to wear masks and ask that you sanitize before coming into the store. If you need a cart, the ones inside the automatic doors ahev been sanitized. But they offer additional sanitizing wipes, just to be on the safe side. As well as hand sanitizer, if you didn't bring your own.
Everything was sorted neatly and easy to find. Markings on the floor let's customers know which way the flow of traffic goes.
Everyone was nice and courteous as you entered and left the store. Definitely stopping back at this location if I'm in the area...

I went because I need to return a Dog trolley ( was so small for my dog) and he was disrespectful and rude with us, I bring the product with the purchased receipt and he said Iām not able to do it because I donāt have the tag and the trolley was used ( I bought the trolley out of the box and with everything together) in all of the HomeGoods have the trolleys like that and sometimes the people tries in the stores, anyways Iām so impressed because I donāt know where is the costumer satisfaction for this team and specially for that manager, I canāt expect more of one manager with that vibe and bad face. 0% costumer service 0% friendly 0% Helpful. if you can avoid this store. Once again it never happens before to me in any other locations. I hope they can improve the costumer service because Me as a Manger in my Restaurant that...
