Nice to meet you, I am the bride to be. Wedding gown rental places are hard to find, so I was so excited when my mom found this boutique. In short, best experience I could have imagined!! (Went to 3 other shops prior--2 awful, one nice.)

Let me tell you about my experience. It was a little difficult at first to find the building due to a lack of signage, but its promised that the sign is on its way since they recently moved to this location.

As soon as I walked in I was so impressed by the fabulous modern décor. The racks of white dresses shone beautifully against the deep gray and cool industrial feel inside. I felt like I was in a specialty dress warehouse! In the back, there was a beautiful comfy couch for my bridesmaids and a gorgeous long mirror for me to pose. Loved the setup! (Inside I thought, there is no way I can afford this place.) The best part was that my two bridesmaids, mom and I had the whole place to ourselves.

I started grooving to the music immediately and it took my maid of honor to remind me that this was the playlists that I picked out. I laughed thinking, "Man, they have great taste in music!" The music set the tone for the whole experience. Tiffany was the woman who greeted us dressed very modern professional and perfect expectation of the bridal expert I would choose. She served us champagne in elegant glasses and served us essential snacks. In all of our bridal shopping, we didn't even realize we were hungry! Then Tiffany took a few photos for us to mark the occasion. Thanks Tiffany!

Tiffany then explained how the dress rentals worked and the prices. My jaw dropped!!! These beautiful gowns going for AFFORDABLE prices!!! She had my bridal party remain seated and I described my size and style I think I preferred. She then went and selected 3 dresses for me to try on. I'm picky and was skeptical of this process, since I've selected my own dresses at the other shops, but low and behold I tried on and lived EACH one!! The all fit me also! I was so shocked and LOVED modeling them for my girls. Tiffany was so patient as we snapped a million pics and poses in each one. The alterations needed for one of the dresses was EXTREMELY low price for the work.

Let me tell you I cant wait to rent my gown from here and I will surely be telling all of my friends!! Thank you Tiffany and Laine London for the afternoon of my dreams and a dress I love and can actually afford! This experience deserves 10...

TL;DR: Tiffany is AMAZING! The boutique is beautiful. There are great options. You do not have to break the bank to look amazing on your wedding day!

What a wonderful experience!

Tiffany Gaines is phenomenal! I typically don’t like shopping. I thought I was going in to just try on a couple of things and make an unemotional decision. I’m the bride who doesn’t know what they want but knows what she doesn’t want (or at least that’s what I thought).

Tiffany made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door despite having to finish up with another customer. After my mother and I browsed the racks and only picked up three items, Tiffany reviewed our choices and asked my preferences. As soon as I showed her pics of my venue, I saw the wheels in her brain turning. She asked how open I was to other ideas, and once I said I would try, she opened up my eyes to so many more great options. You could tell that she saw the whole picture.

We started trying on my first selections then gradually transitioned to the better choices. I never felt pushed beyond my limits. I could not always articulate what I loved or hated, but she was able to interpret what I was saying and move forward from that point. Once she saw me in the dresses that sparked my interest, she was able to pull the right accessories to put them over the top.

Tiffany is thoroughly skilled in what she does, and you can tell she loves it. I don’t consider myself a princess type of bride, but she certainly made me feel like royalty! I had the biggest smile by the end of the appointment and a new lease on what my wedding could be.

The boutique is beautiful and made me feel special. The one-on-one experience with an expert stylist was just what I needed. Everything included in their package along with the quality of the dresses provides for an AWESOME value at their price point. What is the point of spending crazy money on a dress that you will wear for a day or two and ultimately just put in storage? Who says your daughter will have your same style ideals all those years later? There are so many better ways to hold onto the memories from that great day.

DO NOT overlook Laine London in your dress shopping search. I could not ask for more in my wedding...

The level of professionalism my wife and I experienced here with this company has been totally subpar to say the least. Dealing with Laine London could’ve been disastrous had we not have had the grace of god on our side. My wife went to laine London last year in June to check out some wedding dresses and ultimately found one that she fell in love with. She then put a down payment on her dress to reserve it. She was instructed that she would have 3 fittings to make sure the dress was perfect for her wedding day. She proceeded to go to the first fitting and although the dress was snug, it fit. That means she got the dress on and the zipper zipped all the way up. About a month before the wedding my wife, in her excitement went on the laine London website to look at the dress and noticed that the dress was no longer available. We thought something was fishy about that due to the fact that we paid for the dress and secured the rental. So my wife proceeded to call and ask why the dress was no longer available. They assured us that although the dress is no longer available for others to rent, she would still be able to use the dress for the wedding and that she would be the last person to rent it. So 2 weeks before the wedding she went to her second fitting and to her surprise the dress didn’t fit. We found this odd because my wife had actually been working out in the months prior and had lost Over 12 pounds. I believe that laine London had altered the dress so mitch that by the time it got to our wedding it was way too small. We asked if the dress can be altered and they said no. On top of that they refused to refund our money. The orb thing they said they can do is see if there was another dress that my wife wanted to wear however the choices were very few. There was no other dress. So they took thousands of dollars from us and had no absolutely no consideration for my wife. We didn’t even get an apology. The customer service was horrible! We paid for a service and because of their mistake of over altering the dress we was out thousands of dollars. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone risk their money here.
