Techy Chamblee - Inside Walmart — Local services in Chamblee

Hello All...I want to share with you what wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and outstanding service I received at Techy Service in Chamble the other day. Earlier that day my cell phone would not turn on for me. Nothing I did would get the screen to turn on for me. I called T-Mobile and I did not get any help from them except that my only option was to buy a new cell phone. Well I am not made of money but I live rather comfortably but With the holidays faster approaching I really did not want to pay hundreds of dollars for a new cell phone at this particular time. Miraculously I remembered that a cell phone repair company inside the Chamble Walmart repaired my phone and the owner that waited on me took the time to examine the phone carefully and by golly after a short while he got it working even when no one else could, again even T-Mobile couldn't help me. I truly believe hs knowledge of electronics and his patient, caring and professional attitude aided him with the repair and I left a very happy customer and the next best part of the issue was that the cost of the repair was very reasonable...way better than purchasing a new phone. So I decided to see if he can work magic again and get my phone to come on...the owner again waited on me and after careful examination of the phone he concluded that the connection between the device and the screen had probably come loose or had come disconnected over time and not to mention the multitude of times I dropped the phone. Well after taking apart the phone and carefully reconnecting the two parts together again the screen lit up and I was able to navigate through the startup process to make calls and send emails. Boy I was flabbergasted with his results and making me a satisfied customer again and he did this service free of charge. Wow, how nice was that! I will always remember him and I recommend anyone in the area that has a electronic repair problem to go visit him...Techy of Chamble inside Walmart at Chamblee Tucker Rd and Ptree Blvd...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the owner, who was not only friendly but went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Jay is the absolute best! I was locked out of my phone, gmail, and email…and my back up phone was locked completely out. I WAS STRESSED!!! He clearly recognized it and talked me down. He was honest and told me that it was a possibility that my main phone would lock up on its own, too, but he’d do his best to prevent that from happening. He was able to unlock my backup phone and replace my current screen without my phone even locking me out, meaning I wasn’t locked out of any of my accounts anymore! Without his help, I literally don’t know what I would’ve done. IF YOU EVER NEED TO GET YOUR PHONE FIX, JAY IS YOUR GUY! 10/10,...
