Horrible customer service by the red-headed manager. Went in to do an exchange and was accused of having both washed&worn one of the items. The manager also accused me of “stretching it out”. This was extremely insulting, especially because of the amount of money I spend here and that there were other customers present. It was humiliating actually. I have never had a negative experience at this location before and have always RAVED to my friends about this location. But, unfortunately, I will never be shopping here again. Such a shame. This USED to be my favorite place to shop. I even took my grandmother into this location and recommended it to her. It is so disheartening to know that I can’t trust that my own grandmother would be treated with respect, if she were to go in on her own. Very cute clothes however when I went in the other day I was receiving help picking out an outfit and suddenly the lady who was helping me turned it into three outfits and was pushy but didn't seem sincere. Later on my boyfriend overheard them talk about the $300 quota they were trying to meet for the day hence all of the clothes I was trying on when I only wanted to try on a shirt. When I checked out I had bought one shirt which was not included in the outfits chosen for me, the lady who helped me seemed rude when she checked me out because I didn't help them meet...

The red headed girl behind the counter who says she’s the manager (who was not) is absolutely horrible and rude. We tried to make a return with tags and receipts and they refused and when we asked why she was belittling and condescending. She said the return was worn and washed and that we must not know how to do laundry because it looks like the clothes shrunk. Embarrassed us in front of everyone else in line and other employees. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I now only shop at the Bloomington location where staff is kind and...
