JCPenney Salon — Local services in Champaign

I moved to the area within the last year and was looking for a new hair stylist. I decided to give the JCP salon a try and have absolutely no regrets! Charlotte is so great and did an awesome job making the experience comforting and relaxing. She also did a great job lifting the reds out of my hair (as a result of dying my hair from dark to light). I saw Leslie this past visit and had yet another amazing experience. I love my haircut and my new look!

Had an appointment scheduled for May 25th at 1:30. Showed up, waited around 30 minutes for no one to show up in the salon. Went to the floor associate and asked if they could page a salon person back for me, only to be informed that they couldn't do that because none of their salon personnel showed up to work their shifts and weren't answering calls to get them to come in. Pointless to schedule an appointment here apparently. Huge...

First time going there, price us just right. The stylist seemed to know what she was doing. Very informative. The only issue I had is the back of my hair is not what I asked for. I love the length and the sides but got home not liking the back of my hair. Have a wedding in 2 weeks ill have to get it fixed before. I wish I could post pics maybe...
