Kohl's — Local services in Champaign

Edited review: 5 months ago I gave kohl's 2 stars, that was generous. Today I can barely give it 1 star. Since I shop outside of the area I live, I stopped at a kohl's outside of Indy, same lousy mess, poor selection, no staff, the staff that are present can barely talk.....really, they cannot talk or respond to the customers in an appropriate manner!!!! I had to check myself out-no big deal, i really want a mope checking me out. The website is a hassle, in the past and presently. After repeated attempts to submit an order, I finally succeeded in completing the order. Two hours later, I was notified that my order was out of stock. Hmmmmm, that was after my order had been verified, low, but in stock..... It's no wonder people I talk to have absolutely nothing good to say about shopping at kohl's-nothing! No wonder kohl's is...

I’ve been a regular at this Kohl’s location, but something I witnessed a few days ago really changed how I feel about continuing to shop here. While walking through the aisles, I witnessed a manager (I believe) with the split dye hair speaking to one of the employees in a very passive-aggressive and demeaning way. I can tell this is a toxic and unprofessional environment that lacks constructive and private feedback.

As someone who has worked minimum-wage jobs to get by, watching this made extremely uncomfortable and upset. It made me think twice about...

Down right awful "service" (Danville il location). Service desk clerk was rude and yelling at people to get in line. Acting like we were supposed to know that she was also checking people out. It is the "service desk" when I got to an actual person they just kept telling me to download the App and do things myself. I will also point out that their lingerie dept was a mess. You couldn't find a bra there with a map. And their buy 1 get 1 half off is hard to do when you don't have 2 bras of the same size. Absolutely worst experience. ...
