I don’t remember her name but she had an Alice in Wonderland sleeve and she was the RUDEST person I’ve literally ever met. There were also two people at the register and they were nice as can be but not only was person rude to me for absolutely no reason but she was annoyed with me because she had to open the cases for me so I could buy gauges not only that but apparently I wasn’t quick enough for her she was dismissive and not friendly at all…if I see her again I’m turning around and leaving…no thanks!! Instead of gaining someone who wanted to start coming more often she pretty much did the opposite. I have worked in customer service and whether I liked someone would be set aside NO MATTER WHAT because although she didn’t know me she obviously had SOME issue with me. I’ve come here before and they’ve helped me with sizing and everything but this lady didn’t care and didn’t want to help. I hope she’s not a boss lie seriously I would be highly embarrassed to work for...

I will never be coming back first of all the people made us wait while a manger was on the phone to void a item that had just been scan in to the register not even paid for yet for 15 minute and refused. To let us use another register! After that I accidentally left my phone there and was told it wasn't there with it directly behind them! I point and said it's right there and they tell me that they can't give me my phone because it's store policy despite I gave them my password, phone number, and had my finger print in the phone! I had to wait for sucurity to come to get my phone back In my property back to prove to them it was mine I will not be returning to this store...

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered some sexual items online and both items ordered were ripped out of their packages like an animal and one of them was completely stolen. The package was taped with clear tape originally and looked like it was retaped with Spirit tape. Spencer's is associated with Spirit, which makes me think that my items were tampered with/stolen by a Spencer's employee. And because the contents of my order were sexual, it feels like my privacy has been invaded. I will not be purchasing from Spencer's again and will be recommending to friends and family to not shop there or order online due this extremely...
