We had a company dinner for 18 people last Saturday night , in the private function room and ordered a dinner buffet setting. The food set-up we wanted was not followed . We asked for appetizers and the main courses to be served together as we only had 3 hours to have a program and dinner. the appetizers came in late and the main food took another 30 minutes to be served . The cajun white fish ordered was in a shallow half sheet pan and not enough for 18 people. The bruschetta served was not as ordered which was supposed to be 3 varieties. The rosemary chicken was not enough for 18 people. Only 8 pieces of chicken was served for 18 people. The chicken was bland and dry per our guests. There were no refills for any of the food even as these were lacking in volume which we expected for the order we made. We had ordered a third appetizer to augment the initial orders and this was not served ( spinach artichoke ). The services were slow and we had to look for our waitress numerous times instead of her waiting on the room of guests which should have been her only responsibility for the night. We had to check multiple times as to the status of our food . We had scouted and ordered these food a week prior to see how they tasted. The presentation and taste was good and we thought our guests and their families will be satisfied, thus we set up our party in this place. We were disappointed that the past had minimal meat versus the regular orders. The rosemary chicken which was the main specialty was dry and bland . This place for this night missed the spot and we regret having chosen Parlay and bringing our colleagues and families here. Our server also did not meet our expectations and towards the end was short and rude with us even as we had still another 30 minutes left in our allotted 3 hours in the room. We do not feel she worked for the compulsory 20% gratuity /service fee and even had asked us that she felt we had to pay extra gratuity for 5 kids who came with their parents . The buffet setting that we paid for 18 people had the amount of food that did not fully satisfy the needs of 18 adult persons . We hope to have these mistakes not happen to future guests of this establishment. Please make sure your orders are completely provided and the service is up to par to avoid having the same negative experience that we had. Otherwise try to have a second and third choices of places to...

Due to the recent opening of this location I understand as a consumer they would be busy and trying to work out kinks in their service. However, having to wait over 20 min for our cocktails and 45 min for our appetizer was unacceptable. Our waitress, Dee said she would comp our bill for the appetizer since she didn't know why it took so long. Once the appetizers arrived we immediately ordered our main entree for fear of having to wait another 45-60 min for our entrees. Once the entree' arrived my husbands french dip arrived ice cold. We mentioned this to our waitress she immediately went to get her manager Erica Walters. Erica came out to out table with an attitude and had no interest in the feedback we were giving her. She kept insisting she was standing right there and watched my husbands sandwich arrive to the warmer. Just because you watch a sandwich come out to a warmer has no indication of how long it has sat in the kitchen production line. Instead of receiving the feedback she kept saying you don't have to yell at me. First of all I am not a screamer or yeller, second off I am in a profession that customer satisfaction, feedback and recovery is important to the success of the business. Her attitude, facial expressions and body language is not doing justice for this business and maybe this person should seek other employment opportunities that she doesn't have to face the public. If this particular owner/manager continues to run this establishment I would predict they will be out of business within six months. Here is my true rating.... Food: 2 star ( overpriced based on quantity and quality) Service: 4 star ( Dee our waitress was great and very apologetic) Atmosphere: 2 (outdoor seating and had to ask three times to have the table heater turned on).

Unfortunately, I don't know that I will be a return customer. We like to support local businesses. Erica Walters, Owner and Event Coordinator has turned us off to...

I have been here a few times, 2 or 3 times by myself and once with my wife and daughter (2 year old toddler).

When I do go alone, I usually sit on the patio and do some school work or knock out some work, etc. The patio is a nice chill spot with outdoor heaters for when it's cold and fans for when it is hot. The drinks are on point, and the food is pretty darn good.

I went today with my wife and daughter, and it was their first time there. We sat at the low top tables, and we were provided a high chair for our little one. The child's menu was attiqute for our little one, and my wife and I both had a cocktail and a burger. We also the steak bites as an appetizer. Everything was delicious!!!

The big thing about this place is the service and quality of the products. Everyone here seems to take pride in their job. The bartender makes good, carefully made drinks. The dishes that I've tried so far have been well excuted and presented. The waiting staff is on point and ready to provide service with a smile!

I can't remember the name of gentleman that's helped me the times I've sat outside at the moment but he has been great, and our waitress tonight was Nadia who was just as great at her job.

Thanks for providing a chill local spot for food and drinks that we can look forward to...

This hidden gem is nestled in a quiet corner of Chandler Heights & Gilbert and no matter what time of day we visit, we always wish we had a reservation. We never have to wait long but it's always busy! We enjoy the great selection of food and drinks here. My wife enjoys the steak bites and half wedge salad. I've enjoyed the asian ahi salad in past visits but decided to throw my diet out the window this visit and ordered the Parlay burger. I was not disappointed. The patty was cooked to order (medium) and juicy - combined with the caramelized onions and over easy egg, this was an amazing meal. Also, the fries were crunchy and delicious (the kind you push away but can't stop eating when you're full!). I'm sure we'll be back!

I'll start by saying that our server was awesome. She was helpful and checked on us and was very friendly. But the food. Good gravy. I got the steak bites. Hard to mess up yet here we are. The fries tasted old. They were not just cold they were also dry and stale. I would not be surprised to find out they were heated up from yesterday. The steak bites, were cold and flavorless. Not a session to be tasted for miles. The southwest egg rolls were a bit liquidy and the hair cooked into one was the icing on the cake. Just a hard pass. The patio is nice, the environment was fun, the server was spectacular but the food, which is pretty much why you go out to eat, was dismal.

The restaurant is impressively clean, well-organized, and offers a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere that makes for a great dining experience. The service was warm and attentive, which we truly appreciated. While we enjoyed our visit overall, I do think a few small tweaks to the food quality could really elevate the experience. The green chili breakfast burrito had great flavor, but using real eggs instead of an egg substitute would make a big difference. Also, the French toast unfortunately came out a bit burnt. That said, I see real potential here and plan to come back for another try. I’ll be sure to update my review after the next visit!
