FYI!! For those who use the mobile order app. This morning crew does not like it when you do your mobile order in the drive thru line 3-5 minutes prior to getting to the speaker. I just had a conversation with the window barista, āHi, just so you know you can track the order on the mobile app,so next time you donāt have to waitā I had to explain to her, what does it matter if I ordered 2-5 minutes ago on the mobile app before I got to the speaker because itās actually ordering before I get to the speaker so I donāt know how I would have to wait longer. I said to her, so what youāre trying to say, is that you donāt like it when people do a mobile order in the pick up line, correct? I said, I understand what youāre trying to say, and she said OK Thatās not good Customer Service if you ask me! How does it matter that I ordered at the speaker or on the mobile app 2-5 minutes while I was waiting in the drive thru line? I like to do the mobile app because I can specifically add all the customizations that I want and not have to verbally say it to the barista who may not get it correct. I will not be returning to this Starbucks as I donāt feel like they have good customer service even though theyāre around the corner from my house. I will drive out of my way to go to a different Starbucks, so I can order the way I want to. Iāve never had a barista say this to me and Iāve been ordering in the pick up...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the second time I come to this Starbucks and the customer service is seriously lacking. 1st time went to pick up a mobile order, app said it would be ready 3-5 min. I arrive at this location and drive thru was empty. I pulled in and the drive thru worker very rudely said your order isnāt ready but pull to the window. When I got to the window he had my drink ready and said next time you need to wait 10 minutes before getting in the drive thru and closed his window. Today I picked up my drink and again no greeting at the window just got my drink handed to me. Drove off and took a sip and my drink was sour and had milk chunks floating. Went inside to advise the workers and the worker torri just grabbed my drink and said weāll make another one, didnāt even say sorry about that or anything. All the workers were just standing around giggling. I get my second drink and it was still sour with milk chunks in it. I advise them again and they just giggle. Iām standing around waiting for the third drink and just walk out as I was running late to school at that point.
If you want good coffee and good customer service go to the location down the street in front of Sprouts. I got there everyday and have never had issues....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI did an online order at this Starbucks location earlier today, and I was running a little late to pick it up. When I got there, I was 2 minutes late past closing. I ran up to the door to get my drink, and I saw my mobile order just sitting there on the counter. The doors were already locked so I tapped on the window to get the attention of the girl in there and let her know that that was my drink sitting on the counter and asked if I could get it. She tapped on her watch and shook her head at me. I asked her if I could please get the drink that I paid $8 for and that was sitting there on the counter. I could my name on the label. I was two minutes late to pick it up, but she ripped the label off the drink, threw it away, and walked back behind the counter. Not only would she not give my drink that I had just paid for, but she was so rude and awful. It's like she taunting me because I was a little late. This isn't the first time I've experienced terrible service here! They've gotten my drink wrong several times before, but this was the last straw. I'm never coming here ever again and I recommend that customers choose a different location for...
