I wish I was a drinker because I would need a lot of alcohol to make this food decent. At least I was starving from a long day.

Ceviche was disappointing starting with a sweet taste which was too much and nothing tangy. The seafood was straight from the freezer to the fridge. Very rubbery which is also a big indication of over cooked seafood.

My wife had the 1/2 pound king crab legs which were cold and tasted old with very little flavor. One thing I enjoy with crab legs is the clarified butter! You guessed it, even the butter was bland. The sides chosen, red beans and rice…smh This was an insult to all beans but the rice held up and was as bland as rice should be, but usually the rice picks up the flavor from the beans and seasonings. But sub a cup of clam chowder and you are on strike three! It was absent of any clam flavor! The base tasted like a pasty attempt to actually make something from scratch. Please, if you enjoy this clam chowder then you either hate clams or never had decent clam chowder.

For me, I was excited to try the Chilean sea bass with a pistachio risotto with asparagus and artichoke heart and a lobster buerre blanc. The asparagus and artichoke heart were acceptable. The risotto was a a little undercooked and not as creamy as I enjoy it but overall it was decent. The problem is, the reason we stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner was for some really good seafood. The name High Tide along with so many rave reviews. The Chilean Sea Bass was the thinnest sea bass I have ever seen. It appeared to be seared with a torch to crisp up the edges then the beurre blanc was added to provide some flavor. Not much though because still absent of flavor.

I gave the service and atmosphere 3 stars because the food was just that bad that it took away from the appealing look of the restaurant which is nicely decorated. The service failed because although the waitress said the ceviche was not like the traditional citrus base and had a red sauce, they missed the part of saying it was VERY SWEET!!! Aside from that they did provide excellent service.

NOTE: The citrus in the ceviche is because it is denaturing or similar to cooking the raw “FRESH” shrimp and fish if added. But change the name from that dish, it is not ceviche and maybe better to call it Red Sea Sweet Seafood dip. Naming it something that disappoints or disgusts anyone who enjoys good seafood if just sad.

What’s even more sad is, as horrible as this food was, I actually paid for it! The joke is on me! I tasted the crab legs and know they were not very fresh! If you go for drinks, I’m sure it has a great atmosphere but if you are going to enjoy a meal go...

Just WOW.

This place had amazingly low prices for the quality of the food, the gorgeous decor, and the top notch service. I didn't expect to have my socks blown off because the restaurant is located in a strip mall in Chandler, and in looking at the menu, the prices were really reasonable. But the menu made the food look and sound great, so we decided to try this for dinner on a Thursday night. We brought our sons who are not fans of seafood, thinking they could try the steaks, ribs, or burgers.

We walked in and were totally surprised. The interior looks like a very expensive steakhouse we went to for Father's Day in Kierland (Scottsdale) where our meal cost 5 times what this one did. We sat at a booth, but there is a VERY cool kitchen bar where you can look at the fresh oysters on ice and watch the cooks do their thing. We will be sitting there next time!

The seafood was so fresh and amazing - couldn't believe we are here at home in the desert and not on the California or Hawaii coast. It was sooooo delicious. We were all obsessed with the lobster mac and cheese, and the kids who are not seafood fans ordered crab with their ribs and demolished the crab. The sauces on our dishes were amazing.

And our server! Amazing! Cyann (sp? sorry - you are wonderful and deserve to have your name spelled right) was such a professional. She was friendly, relatable, fast, thoughtful, and oh so professional. Her service was so much better than we've had in a number of much more expensive restaurants we've eaten at lately. She made us feel like VIP's!

We will definitely be coming back to this place. What an incredibly pleasant surprise.

I would note that if you like to eat outside, the patio is not great - it's cement and right off of a busy street (Gilbert Road) - but this didn't bother us because we definitely would not be eating outside right now in 110 degree heat with...

Been patiently waiting and watching for this location to open and finally made it in last night. Prior to it opening I was wondering where people were going to park in the tiny lot with all the other businesses open. The developer really did the various businesses a disservice with that parking lot. Not one parking space was open, However, there was a section blocked off with free valet to use which was very convenient.

This place has been open about 2 weeks maybe? I was highly impressed with the “flow” and the service. I have been to many, newly opened restaurants where service and food suffers due to lack of training for months. While waiting for a table (call and make reservations!) the hostess got us drinks from the bar. The interior layout is really nice and I loved the vibe….especially the partial indoor/outdoor bar on the back side.

All staff, to include our server, were friendly and helpful. Great wine and bourbon selection which is always a positive for me! The food was outstanding. The king crab and the salmon entree was awesome.

Glad to finally have this place as another dinner option down South! Keep them coming! Props to management on making sure staff was properly trained and as ready as possible to provide good service and food upon...

With the help of our sever, we had a wonderful meal and sampled some great suggestions she made. The tide roast and spicy pasta were willers for us. We will definitely be back with friends!

Meh! Nothing special, some things were good, but some not so much. 1st, parking on a Friday is almost non-existent; at 5:15, we had to drive around until someone left. Had a 5:45 reservation and showed at 5:30, but they didn't seat us until 5:45 even though there were empty 4 tops. Sat us in the sun, and we asked to move to another open 4 top, but they said it was reserved??? Service was slow & we had to wave someone down for water & drink orders. Manhattan style ceviche appitizer was the best part of the evening - very good! All our entrées were good, bot none of said we'd order our meal again. Sea bass was OK but the asparagus was the best of the meal. Tide Roast wasn't great. Little to no flavor and the shrimp tasted like microwaved frozen shrimp. Seared ahi was probably the best. Drinks were good, but again not something you can't get elsewhere but without the prices. This place is priced as a high end seafood speciality, but there are better options.
