Los Favoritos Taco Shop — Restaurant in Chandler

We purchased 2 breakfast burritos and rolled tacos on Saturday, drove about 6 miles home to find out they FORGOT to include one of our burritos in the bag. We called the store, spoke to one of the employees who verified that they forgot to include the burrito in the bag, so he took our information down and said we could come back to get another burrito. He did NOT tell us that it had to be the same day or the next day. We stop by on Monday (2 days later) to get the burrito and was told they couldn't help us and that we were out of luck. We paid for a burrito that they FORGOT to give us and they don't care that they made the mistake. The rude girl there today even saw the note in the cash register that they owed us a burrito. Please be aware that they will take your money and not provide you the food that you paid for when they are the ones who made the mistake and didn't include your complete order in the bag. Customers - Be aware of this place. Three days ago my friend and I were in this area and we found this on Google Map and so we wanted to give it a try. Once we walked toward the entrance to get inside, I noticed a very strong odor of urine with dried urine spots on the wall right near the entrance. I wanted to inform the young lady that was taking the order about how bad it smells outside by the door and the stains were so obvious. When it came time to order, I was so grossed out that I didn't order anything however my friend still ordered a beef burrito and the lady that was taking the order gave me nasty looks perhaps maybe that I did not order anything so I didnt bother telling her about the horrible urine smell outside. While my friend was eating he noticed the beef was like eating rubber. He also took out a piece of gristle out of his mouth and discarded the rest of his burrito and we left the place. I live nearby this restaurant and really like the food. The issue is they never get your order right! I’ve gone to the extreme measure to order individually. If my husband and I want something he calls and places his order and I’ll call back and place my order. Ive placed my order in Spanish as well and it doesn’t matter they still can’t get it right. There’s been times that I have to drive back to get the right order. I’ve talked to the manager and stopped going for a few months. Today, I was really wanting the egg and chorizo breakfast burrito. I got a bacon with egg and cheese. But I have a meeting so I couldn’t go back and return it. I have decided to leave a review maybe this way they will fix the problem.
