Atlantic Union Bank — Local services in Chantilly

I have used a lot of banks over the years. I have used some really great banks as well. However, the staff at the Atlantic Union Bank in Chantilly, VA (MetroTech Drive) is so far above and beyond the experiences I have had in my lifetime, that they deserve this small token of appreciation. I wish it were in my power to do more.

They are not only friendly and smiling every single time I go to the branch, they are professional and treat me like something more than an account holder.

I do not reside in the area, but work there and if I did live nearby, I would transfer my banking to this branch without hesitation.

Merger with Access National has been a major disaster. Time to move on. Avoid this place.

UPDATE After our relationship manager seeing this review you'd think they would be calling us to try and correct the situation or find a way to take an unhappy customer and make them a happy one, nope, nothing.
