Not impressed at all. Tables were all dirty and hadn't been wiped down and disinfected. I had to go and look at every single table just to find a clean one and there was noone sitting at the tables when i arrived so they had ample time to clean the tables and had twenty minutes to clean them while I was waiting for my burrito but the workers chose not to. I shouldn't have to ask them to clean the tables cause that's not my responsibility nor my job. Now for the food. The food took a long time to come out and I only ordered the marriachi burrito. Supposedly they make everything fresh so that's why my burrito took twenty minutes to be completed. Here's the final part. Finally burrito came out and I sat down to enjoy. The burrito is served mojada with a dollop of sour cream and guacamole on top with a red sauce and cheese. Inside the burrito the ingredients, especially the carne and chicken did not taste like they were made/grilled fresh to order and justify the twenty minute wait. Now for inside the burrito, it was like 70-80% rice and beans and the other 20-30% chicken and their version of carne asada. Didn't taste freshly made and the portion size for the meat was laughable for an item that cost over $11 after tax. I was hoping I'd have a good experience here but the flavor, taste, wait time, portion size and dirty tables are probably going to keep me from returning back. Ever since I tried el fresco, I’ve been hooked! Delicious, flavorful fresh food for an honestly unbeatable price. The quality of all the meat and veggies is above many other places. It’s always clean here. They have never messed up our order. Portions are large, filling, and consistent. Food usually takes between 10-15 minutes on a busy day. If you dine in, they offer you chips and they have an amazing salsa bar! Fajita Monday’s are awesome- you get steak or chicken fajitas w/ tortillas, rice, beans, and a side salad for 7.99... seriously where can they beat that? And with that quality? Not only the meats and veggies, but their beans and rice are truly addicting too.. I have to fight myself to not get an extra side of those. Also, there is a super kind gentleman that works there named Trevor. He’s really good at his job of welcoming customers and making sure our order is taken and prepared correctly and with care. He always checks to see how our food came out. Of course it’s amazing every time- their kitchen is awesome and you can tell they know what they’re doing back there!
