Give a Zero if I could! Worst discrimination experience Iâve ever had!!! Mahmood the Department Lead and Tajul refused to provide services to my husband and I when purchasing a money order. My husband is a black man who was using his Debit Cashapp Card. Mahmood instantly judged the personal modification design that Cashapp offers their customers, and said to my husband âI canât service your request because it didnât show his â4-digit PIN numberâ on the cardâ my husband confirmed that a debit should not display a persons PIN number. My husband informed Mahmood that it shows his account number, name, CVV, chip, and expiration date as well as the name of the bank. My husband provided his government issued ID for further proof. Mahmood continued to ignore my husband, my husband asked for a manager, Mahmoodâs response was he us the manager, then went on to call security via telephone instead of calling his store manager. You could Mahmood saying âyea, the card is green and has different designsâ I asked Tajul when was the second shift manager scheduled to come in he said there will not be a store manager there today. I asked the both of them for their policy regarding Money Orders. Mahmood directed me to the Western Union Policy posted at the Customer Service Desk. I was able to confirm that the only form of payment that could NOT be used to purchase a money order was ApplePay, Samsung Pay or Gift Cards. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PROOF OF POLICY BELOW The worst part is that Mahmood and Tajul would not talk to us or cooperate with us. IT WAS LIKE TALKING TO A WALL. With customerâs walking by hearing us plead with them to please provide service or respond, it felt humiliating and discriminatory. We felt hopeless. We called Western Union, Giant Corporate office for confirmation of their policy and both businesses confirmed that the policy states what we already discovered. We called the police unfortunately there was nothing they could do. We were forced to leave without any response, resolution, humiliated, and hurt by this experience. However I will be taking this to social media with our video and filing a lawsuit!!! Nobody deserves to be treated this way. This will never happen to...

Instead I found a section of Halal meat. 20250407 So disappointed. My dog has 5 prescriptions that I ordered online. Was hoping to get prices here for comparison. I shop at this Giant mostly when I need to use their pharmacy. The employees at this Giant including those at the pharmacy are very helpful and professional. What I love about this pharmacy is that I would get a text message informing me that my prescription is ready. So convenient! Today, I was looking for chicken/turkey meatballs and pasture raised eggs, and was surprised that this Giant has both! I recently read that the Cage Free Nellie's eggs are not humanely raised eggs. Their chickens are cage free but they are couped up in a large enclosed trailer like housing with little room to move and no sunshine and fresh air. Very disappointed to learn that. If you care about where your eggs come from, cage free simply means the chickens are not in chicken cages. Buy "pasture raised" eggs where the chickens get to go outdoor. I like that this Giant are expanding it's products to include those for the customers who are health conscious and care about how the farm animals are...

I find this reply to be a typical canned response to a complaint like this. So it doesn't mean much to me. This Giant has been in this location for years as far as I know. So why do you need to improve? You should already be improved.
I came in a little after 6 pm. Well, it was 7:07 pm when I checked out according to the receipt. This is dinner time and the time when one would expect the food to be fresh for dinner. It's not like I was there at 3 am.
My brother lives in the area but I don't so it won't be until next year when I visit again that I might try Giant. Maybe that means you don't really care what I think because I'm not a regular customer.
I wish I had taken pictures before I threw out the food to show how bad it was.
Some of the items I selected were mozzarella sticks and orange chicken nuggets. When you bite into a mozzarella stick you expect the inside of the deep fried breading to be full of cheese and soft and warm and gooey. Instead mine were hard and only about 1/3 full. One of then was the proper color of mozzarella cheese. The other was orange. I don't think you would use cheddar cheese to make mozzarella sticks so I have to wonder how long it took for the cheese to change color??? The chicken nuggets were as tough as leather and the orange sauce was as sticky as I'm not sure what...
