20240709 Stopped here for another bottle of Carolan Irish Cream for brownies. I walked in and asked where the Irish Cream was. One of the employees immediately showed me. The entire visit was less than 5 mins. The employee was quiet but helpful. I think it's funny walking out with a bottle in a paper bag, and the only time I shop at an ABC is to buy some Carolan for brownies or to buy a gift, and both are rarely. 😁 3 years ago... This is my 2nd time here. The first time, was 2 years ago, I needed a couple of travel size bottles for the White Elephant gift. A lady showed me where they were. This time, I needed to get some Carolan Irish Cream for brownies. The lady there showed me where they were. I'm so happy they gave them in different sizes... 750ml $15.99 and 1 liter $19.99. The 750ml was in sale for $13.99, $2 off!! It was a little cheaper than the 1 liter bottle, so I bought 2 750ml. Will post brownies pictures later. 😋 The Irish cream brownies recipe is... 1 part water = 1.5 to 2 parts Carolan Irish cream. 2 parts will make the brownies very moist. You will be about to smell and taste the Irish cream if you use Carolan. Don't waste your money using Bailey's. I have already done that, and couldn't smell it taste the Irish Cream. I was told never use expensive liquor for cooking or baking. I used Tennessee Legend cream liquor before and it has a sweeter liquor taste, and make great brownies, too. This location has turned around hygiene and friendliness issues. While I am no fan of the state running the abc stores, that's no fault of the location and staff. Similarly small store size and selection is also not a fault...
