I went back to try the spicy noodle soup and ordered the spring rolls. The spicy noodle soup wasn't spicy and the noodles broke into smaller pieces when I was mixing the bean sprouts in the soup. The flavor of the broth was on the lighter side, and would be better if it had more flavor. The spring rolls were huge and has lots if ground meat. It was ok. I prefer the skinny ones with less meat. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Definitely 5-stars for the staff.
I finally made it to this restaurant. My first impression was that it's decor is unique, and the atmosphere is calming, relaxing and warmth. Their menu is very simple, not overwhelming. I ordered the Crispy Shrimp Rolls ($8) and small Pho ($10). When the Crispy Shrimp Rolls, I was surprised by how many crispy shrimp rolls on the plate. I love that it is crispy and the shrimps are a good size. The shrimps don't have any flavor, just natural shrimp taste. I wish they were a little salty or with some flavor. I ended up eating a lot of sauce with them. They were pretty good, but would be better if the shrimps have some flavor. The pho I ordered has Fat Brisket, Soft Tendon, Bible Tripe, and Skirt Frank. It came with a generous amount of bean sprout, jalapeno pepper slices, and basil. I love basil, and was very happy to get that much. The broth is always the first think I taste. The pho broth has a nice flavor, not light and not too heavy. I like it. The service was very good. I got my water refilled without having to asked. The restaurant wasn't busy when I was there, and it doesn't seem to bother then that I hung out a little after I was done eating. I went to the register to pay my bill, and the young man there was very friendly. It is really refreshing to go to an Asian restaurant where the employees are "friendly". :-) Everything seems so clean. I will come back and try the Bun Bo Hue - spicy beef soup. It sounds delicious. I also want to try their Rainbow Jelly drink, which is not on the menu. The drink and dessert menu is displayed on the wall. After leaving the restaurant, the outside tables caught my eyes. They have outdoor dining if you prefer that. Masks are required to enter the restaurant, but once I sat down, I took...
Read moreUpdate: they've gotten much better with giving the right vegetables bag for the pho vs. bun bo hue. However we're having a whole set of different issues with them. Maybe they don't have enough help, or maybe they're training new people, but there's always something wrong with our recent visits. We ordered boba drinks 3 different times, and all 3 times the boba were old and hard. The matcha boba tea was just nasty, took it home, took a couple of sips, and it went straight down the drain. On our last dine in, we ordered Pho, and some of the meat were cut in short thick strips instead of being thinly sliced. We ordered the summer rolls to go, and the meat was still raw and pink, and it looked like they used beef instead of pork. We didn't open the wrapping, but we did bring them back for exchange. We order from pho Vietfresh just about every week. We've tried their bun bo hue, pho, fried rice, grilled meat dishes, along with spring rolls or egg rolls, and everything have been consistently delicious. They have fair prices and generous portions. My only beef is they tend to give us the wrong vegetables bag for the bun bo hue vs pho. Pho comes with bean sprouts and hoisin sauce, while bun bo hue comes with shredded cabbage and chili oil sauce. Whoever packed our orders tend to mix that up. We'd order pho and get shredded cabbage instead of...

Pho: Broth was pretty legit! Super flavorful and great portion for a large. I had ordered all the meats with it but you can opt out for specific ones if you'd like.
Summer Rolls: Comes with pork slices and shrimp and a peanut hoisin(?) sauce. This was delicious!
-1 Star because the service was just okay. Definitely not terrible at all but upon entering, waiter asked us to sit anywhere (which is fine) but once we chose a table, another waiter comes by and immediately ask if we're ready to order without us even looking at the menu nor were we fully in our chairs yet. I'm just a bit confused because it wasn't busy at all and I felt rushed to order. It was my first time visiting so I definitely had no idea what to order. While eating, I did notice there were a ton of waiters standing around and playing cards while there weren't that many tables. Another thing was when asking for the bill, another waiter pointed us to the counter but where? We were sitting at the counter already and was super confused where to pay. It's just not clear at all and wish they had just brought us a physical bill or tell us to simply go to the register area by the wall. Like I said, NOT BAD SERVICE. JUST CONFUSED.
Overall, amazing food! I'd...
