Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Virginia

There's one thing I've noticed about Baskin Robbins online and that's the pink straws their cups have, which I find cute. Problem is, a lot of their locations have merged with Dunkin Donuts, changing to their orange straws.

Knowing this, I visited this particular Baskin Robbins to get one of these cups for my collection. The woman inside was nice, and along with my milkshake and pink straw, I even got one of the long spoons by request!

Though I've spent over half of this review talking about the “cute straw”, I'll say, my vanilla milkshake was good! Even five hours after buying the milkshake, it still tastes good.

In conclusion, if you want a good milkshake, a cute-looking straw, or even other things like I've cream, I recommend Baskin Robbins locations like this that aren't merged! (Please, never merge with Dunkin', and I might return...

My young adult son with autism wanted to get some Baskin Robbins as an after-dinner treat. We were greeted by a very nice, friendly young man. He didn't look upon my son flapping with happiness in any strange way, but with a smile of appreciation on his face. A song came on in the store, and my son started singing the lyrics, and the young man smiled and asked him if he liked this song too. He was so kind and genuinely accepting of my neurodiverse son, and I so appreciated it. The receipt says the cashier was "Enas." I have nothing but excellent things to say about this location especially when it comes to their cake decorator, Lien. I have 5 kids and never have to think twice about where I will go to get a delicious cake that is also decorated to perfectly match the party theme. Not only is Lien sweet and patient with me but she is also talented, creative and fast! She works with me over the phone to take one of the websites cake designs and make it my own, guiding me along the way. She makes great suggestions and I totally trust that whatever decisions she makes will be aligned with my vision! She truly is an asset to an already great team at BR Franklin Farms location!...
