Funny I had the same experience with the Spanish lady who told me she was the manager there when I asked to speak to the manager. She was super rude to me when I asked her to substitute the ham on the subway club with another meat. She got a huge attitude with me about it. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. She very rudly raised her voice and was like well I have to charge you for extra meat. I explained I'm not asking for extra I'm asking you to replace the ham with another meat. She said no. I asked for her name and told her I was going to call corporate and ask if they cant make substituttions for "religious reasons" aka if I don't eat ham. Then she was like fine i can give you turkey instead... Once I spoke a bit of Spanish to her she seemed to smile cuz I noticed she was a lot friendlier with the Spanish speaking customers lol. I used to like this place. I'm not sure if ownership or management changed or what, but lately they have not had it together. The service has been very slow the last two times I've been here. A few people walked out both times because it was taking too long. The meatballs have been burnt to the point it's like a piece of charcoal through one half of the meatballs. I asked for one kind of cheese and three pieces were put on and then they just put a different cheese on like I wouldn't notice. When I said something, they acted appalled I said something about it. I recently visited Subway and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. I appreciated how they took the time to get my order just right.

The ingredients were fresh and flavorful — especially the veggies, which were crisp and colorful. I ordered a footlong Italian B.M.T. on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, and it was toasted perfectly. I added spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and honey mustard, and every bite was delicious.
