I'm sad to leave a negative review, because this was my go to spot. However, I had not been in for months. So i was really looking forward to getting a pedicure to get them smooth again. I was disappointed that the usual lady who does the pedicures was not in, and the new lady gave me the booklet with the types of pedicures with prices and told me to tell her which one i want. But when she handed it to me, she only had it open to the last page, which was the two most expensive options- 70 and 90(!!). I have never in my life spent that much on a pedicure and was not about to start now. So i switched the page back to the previous page to look at the other cheaper options, but she switched the page back to the last page and pointed at it and said, "No, between these two, which one do you want?". And I was so confused because, She was not letting me choose any other option except for the top two most expensive ones. Which was extremely rude and I've never had that happen to me before. I chose the 70$ one and just told myself to just try to enjoy it. But deep down i was kicking myself for letting her bully me into it. Mind you, this was without any polish. Anyway, it turned out to be the most painful manicure of my life. She cut out too much of my side cuticles on both big toes. I was bleeding and wanted to cry. It hurt so bad! And then when I left, my soles were still rough. Three days later, and I'm still hurting and I think my toe is getting infected from the wound because its inflamed/swollen. It hurts to walk. I feel sick because I tipped her my normal tip. But I'll never be back again for a pedicure. Please train this new employee better. Everyone else has always given me great service. I really don't know what happened with this worker, but this really should be...
Read moreReally nice people but sloppy and rushed service. I was getting the least expensive service of my friend group (regular gel mani) and they really rushed on mine. The gel is already chipping/peeling, and I got it done Friday (it is now Tuesday). I have NEVER had that happen so soon (usually 2-3 weeks for me). Lasted about as long as a reg mani. Also the bottom of my mail is super uneven and light. During the service, he had to constantly use the brush to get rid of where he painted on my skin, and there was still some left after service that I had to take off myself. Also they filed/shaped my nails AFTER finishing my gel mani which was super strange and I’ve never seen before. Definitely not worth the $45. Didn’t even last a week, and the rest of my friends were also commenting how poorly of a job they did which is really sad because it was my friend’s wedding...
Read moreWhere do I start? I’ve gone here twice. The first experience was nice. I had Tracy the owner the first time and she was great. The second time I had a technician (I did not get her name) that asked me how much I spent on my glasses, asked me how old I was and kept trying to upsell me on things. She told me that the client that just left “talked too much”, but she “made a lot of money”. Very inappropriate conversation that made me uncomfortable. To top it off, my nails did not look good when I left. The cuticles were ragged and the filing was uneven. I just wanted to get out of there so I didn’t say anything. I’m sad because this is close by and convenient, but I’m going to find a...
