What is there to say about Starbucks you get coffee there! Management always has a huge impact on your experience in any chain retailer. The Management's experience in hiring staff can mean the difference in you getting good customer service or bad customer service. The quality of your service depends on the employees knowledge of the products they're offering, and the training they receive. Many chains like Starbucks have a high turnover rate that means the staff are continuously changing. Any items that are not drinks are just there to entice you so they can make an upsell. Their food is not particularly that great. Their largest cup of coffee has 400 mg of caffeine..... But hey I drink Starbucks! If you're looking for a hard kick Starbucks and McCafe are the way to go. I specified I wanted to use money, but he went ahead and used the stars. I then acted like that’s what he understood. I did not speak a foreign language; I repeated myself many times before he scanned my phone. I have been using Starbucks for six years; it is not my first time at Starbucks.
