AVOID this parking lot.... pulled in to park at 3:06pm, in the log-in it states $30 daily max, $6.52 per hour. I was not given a choice. At 9:22 the next morning I received a text that I was unregistered and parked in the lot and was then charged $30 + $15 convenience fee to my credit card. Spoke with a local who told us tourist get taken advantage of every day by these people. There are not attendants, there is no number and no way around the system. I emailed them, explained and asked for the $45 to be refunded and was informed "It's not 24 hours. Since you started an hourly rental, it expires at 11:59 PM and you need to start another reservation." Funny they could not text me to warn that my reservation was ending and nowhere did it state that the system resets at midnight. This is not OK, it is not right and they should not be allowed to do this. They are nationwide so beware and do not get taken advantage of as we and many others have. This facility is effectively a scam for parking overnight.

They claim a $30 daily max, but the day is midnight to midnight. Fine, that’s a bit more than a typical overnight charge but I can deal with that.

The problem is, if you park overnight, they auto-end your parking session after midnight. If you don’t start a new one, they charge you for the next full day, plus a $12 “convenience fee.” Their support said I needed to start a new session after midnight.

After learning that, I started waking at midnight to do so. Then, AirGarage would auto-end that parking session at about 8am, forcing me to start a new session. That means I’m hit with two $30 daily max charges, making it $60 for a day.

AirGarage’s support only sends pre-written emails that don’t address the actual problem.

Be careful all those with foreign phone numbers. Their system offers you to reserve a parking lot with a foreign number but they do not send text messages to those numbers. Meaning, you will not be able to access your reservation and end it, so it prolongs hour for hour and the hour is expensive. I reached out to their customer service but no one seemed to understand my problem. After 3 mails they finally got it but charged twice daily rates. It took me another 5 mails and escalation to get a refund for incorrectly booked amount. There is a parking garage around the corner which is cheaper and you pay at the end.
