I never write reviews, but I absolutely had to. Like most girls; my Dad/Grandad is my hero. My ring broke that meant so much to me; even at a worse timing on my birthday. I was at the gym and my ring bent. My Dad loves Delfines and has told me about Delfines after delivering their mail for many years (and has taken me here several times to purchase jewelry.) My Dad promised he would get the ring fixed and told me he was taking it to Delfines. Delfines told him they would do their absolute best to make sure it looked good as new and they did that and MORE. I swear my ring is back to normal now. It’s not bent. Delfine’s created not one, but two amazing and unique wedding sets that my fiancée and I are in love with! We came in with ideas of what each of us liked, but neither of us imagined they would come out the way they did! Their software allowed us to see our modifications in a 3D affect every step of the way. Once we made “the ones” they even had accessed to companies that created wax molds of the exact rings we created and could hold it in our hands before we confirmed any design choice we decided. I didn’t read the cards until I left, instantly laughed. I love the originality of them & very Clever lol. But if I could give 10 stars I would. I always prefer local owned jewelry shops over big named companies. I left them my wedding set that has been passed down generations, they were able to fix a prong on my ring to save my emerald , as well as stuck them both together when downsizing versus them being separate.
