Kohl's — Local services in Charleston

I love kohl's, and I appreciate that they are willing to stay open 24 hours for those to do their Christmas shopping. BUT their store on the average looks like a tornado hit it. It is always a mess! The children's section is virtually unshoppable because it's so crowded and they have a toy section right on top of it which makes it a nightmare for any normal parent who doesn't want to have to wade thru that with a toddler. The men's section is always a mess. I understand these areas being shopped over but for someone who spent 10 years in retail management, store straightening during slow times should be a priority! My staff was always straightening areas when they were not helping customers. People can't shop if they can't find things. This is a problem year round, not just holidays. I purchased an 8 cup Cuisinart food processor it had a damaged handle, took it back to Kohl's to replace it but they did not have one in stock, they told me I had to do all the foot work they could not help me, I said that's to much trouble I will just deal with it, so I get back home unpack it and the woman who inspected it at Kohl's just crammed the instruction booklet back in the box crinkling and bending it, so I called customer service to have them send me a replacement of the item that was scratched and damaged they said it is no longer available, she said all we can do is give you a refund, which that did not solve the issue. Kohls is always a great place to shop for all 3 kiddos, they've got so many brand options for Boys Clothing, like Levi's and Lee's Husky Jeans, Chaps, Nike, Adidas , plus they've got all the Characters in Tee's or Long Sleeve, etc (We just wished they had Under Armor) We also shop online for WVU Apparel and they've got basically anything WVU you want for your home😍💙🏈💛🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙌🏻🙌🏻 They've got a lot more clothing options online and most of time I shop online cause I'm a online purchase junkie😳😂😂 We also like their Home Section also and for Christmas, we always go their to get our Disney Ornaments every year!!!
