We hadn't been here in quite some time. We went on a Thursday evening, and it wasn't crazy busy, which was nice. No wait to be seated. Our waitress had just started working there 3 days prior to our visit. They offered a few happy hour specials, which was nice. It saved a few dollars. They did have an additional special on boneless wings that night also. We ordered an appetizer and our main entrees. We also ordered a strawberry 🍓 margarita. All of our food was good. I had ordered the boneless wings, and I thought it was great that you could get celery and carrots on the side. Growing up in NY, we always got them when we ordered wings. My husband's burger was extremely good, he said. The fries were just ok. Our appetizer was fried cheese curds, and they were also really good. I had lots of leftover chicken and cups of blue cheese dressing to dip them in. I'm sure we will be going back there the next time we are in the mood for chicken wings.

The Buffalo Wild Wings in South Ridge is a great place. All the workers are very friendly, helpful, and energetic. They are bouncing around everywhere, checking with you to make sure that everything is going well and if you need anything else....not so much to be an aggravation. The food is awesome as expected, definitely no disappointment there. The facility is nicely laid out and kept clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Food wasn’t bad once we got it but we never even got one refill on our drinks and our friends food was wrong. Don’t go here for anything quick because the service is really slow. The table was dirty when we were sat and very sticky. This B-Dubs used to be much better. Not sure what’s happened but I’m gonna have to venture somewhere else for lunch next time.

I literally NEVER write reviews, but this is the worst BDubs I’ve ever visited. Placed a to-go order, pick-up time is for 7:30. I show up and have to wait for about 7 minutes at the To-Go counter to be greeted (first red flag). I get told that my order will be out shortly. As I stand there, more guests walk in. They stand at the abandoned host stand for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges them. They actually began to joke amongst themselves because it was taking such a ridiculous amount of time. I know you must be thinking “they sound slammed”. NOPE. There are a grand total of 5 tables in the dining room and another 4 tables in the high tops, with about 4 or 5 bar guests. The restaurant is mostly empty. When the to-go server brings my food out she informs me that they are out of ranch, which is what it is. They’re a wing place, so I kinda wish they had told me that when we spoke on the phone earlier, but whatever. I look in the bag and pull out one set of wings and notice they are bone dry. I ask her for some sauce and she offers to re-spin them (she is actually really sweet, no hate to her at all). She comes out with the wings and they look much better, so I head out. It’s 7:45 now, so 15 minutes past pick-up time. As I’m leaving I see four employees around the back of the building hanging out, vaping, and just sitting in chairs. Ok, so that’s why it takes forever to get greeted. When I get home I unpack the bag fully and see that I’m missing the side for my meal, carrots and celery. Mind you I only ordered traditional wings and then an order of naked tenders, sub veggies for the fries it usually comes with. At this point I’m frustrated, so I call the store. After being on hold for 7 minutes, the line re-directs me again to the host stand. The host is surprised and says “I told a manager, let me tell him again”. Finally I get to chat with the manager, Thomas. I explain everything to him and his response is “do you want to drive back here for carrots and celery?”. I inform him that I’m not driving another 40 minutes round-trip for that and would just like a partial refund. He says “those are like a dollar, I’m not refunding you for that. If you drive here I can give you a $5 gift certificate”. First of all, that meal was $14.49 for 5 small naked tenders, NO SIDE. Like?! Am I crazy for thinking that’s a crazy amount? They easily fit in the palm of my hand. So to be told “carrots and celery are a dollar” to them giving me an incomplete meal was frustrating. It’s not about the price of the side, it’s the portion. At least the carrots and celery would have filled out a plate and I could MAYBE justify paying almost $15 for it. Anyways, he refused to give even a partial refund and told me that maybe I would have better luck chatting with Bre, the GM. Idk, his attitude really sucked if I’m being honest. He made me feel like I was out of my mind for calling and only offered very inconvenient solutions. Why would I want a $5 certificate? I don’t plan on coming there again?? I guess what I’m saying is that the restaurant seems very poorly ran with Thomas at the wheel, and I can’t imagine I’m the only guest that...

This was the worst dining experience that I have ever had in south ridge. I would have rather eaten the leftovers off someone’s tray at Taco Bell. First, my pregnant wife and I get seated. All seems well. Then, our waitress shows up first the first of her 3 appearances with our menus and gets our drink orders. Mind you, we were there for nearly 2 hours. She finally gets us our drinks, for the first and only time during our dinner. After roughly 30 minutes she comes back to ask us what we would like to eat, so we order. Naturally while waiting we drink our drinks thinking that we would have no issue with getting refills. My wife, needing to drink more for our child, finishes her sweet tea. Then, as normal people do, she sets her empty cup towards the outside of the table. On at least 6 different occasions the woman who took our drink and food orders passed by our table, looks down at the table, and then continues walking by without saying one word to us. I understand being busy, but that is downright ridiculous. After waiting, and I kid you not. 36 minutes. I timed it. I finally get up and walk to the bar to see if I can get a refill. To my surprise, there is no ice because their ice machine has broken. Icing on the cake you’d think, right? No. This is not the end. Our food arrives, by someone we have never seen before this night. Thankfully though because I am convinced our “waitress” had no intention on bringing our food to us. I almost forgot to mention, I never once got a refill. Then, who I assume to be the manager, walks around and listens to how terrible this woman was for everyone around us also. He says he will take a look at our bill for us because of how terrible the service was. $5. That is what he thought was acceptable to take off our bill after the absolutely atrocious service we received. I have never gone to eat anywhere where I have truly felt like I was robbed. The service wasn’t worth a single penny, but we were charged $50. It was the single largest waste of money I have ever spent and I went to college for something I hate. This service was ridiculous and I will be in contact with someone much higher because this has turned my wife and I off of Buffalo Wild Wings permanently and I can assure you we will pass this along with our friends and family who will also be happy to make a trip up the hill to the vastly superior Quaker Steak and Lube. Please, whatever you do, never eat here. It is a waste of time, money, and energy. I have lost time from my life that I will never get back and I couldn’t be more upset. Complete waste. This needs handled as I know it won’t be...

I hate to come and write a bad review, but my S/O and I have nothing but terrible service every time we come to this location. The last time we came, the server we had seemed like she had absolutely no training and not only brought us an order that was completely wrong, but we were also double charged on our card. Two separate charges at different times and also in different amounts. Not sure what happened there.

Tonight we came in to eat and we just didn’t have the best service or food. We ordered chips and guacamole, and when the guacamole came out, it was brown and warm and tasted so awful like it had just been sitting all day. We had it sent back. Our waitress, Felicity, barely ever checked on us, she just stayed in the kitchen. We were the only table in her section. We also ordered sweet teas originally with our meal. Once our food came out, our waitress, Felicity, let us know that they were out of sweet tea and offered us something else to drink. We thought, “Awesome, that’s sweet of you” and got replacement drinks. Later on once we paid I noticed she charged us for 4 different drinks. So I brought that to her attention and her only response was “Yeah we have to charge for every drink we ring in” We were confused because, 1. They were out of the drink we originally ordered, 2. She OFFERED to get us refills on a different drink due to them being out of sweet tea, and 3. She not once ever mentioned “Oh by the way, it will be an up charge because we have to ring in every drink” I’ve been a server and to me this is just very bad service. Let your customers know about things like that because it doesn’t look...
