Mr.Smoke — Local services in Charleston

If I could rate no stars I would! My experience just now at the Mr. Smoke in Kanawha City was just sad! The overweight, messy, bearded guy that refused to give his name needs someone to train or retrain him and he must have never paid attention in Elementary school when learning to do simple addition! He didn't want to help from the get go and just got worse as I tried to hurry out of the store because he was just telling lie after lie about prices of items and then after lying about the price of the items he intentionally charged us for the items that I had questioned him about on price and then refused to redo my bill because he over priced (&lied) and told us to come back another time to speak with someone else about his nasty attitude and fixing my bill! Then he used the excuse that "it's 1am" so that's why he "mispriced" every item we purchased and also said his other customer was the reason he told us wrong because he wasn't going to go back and forth looking at items and their prices that we asked him to! I am a 52 year old woman and a Charleston area local. My go-to has always been the iconic head shop right down the street from you guys. However, I first visited your store around a year ago for some glassware and was quite impressed. Your store has a huge selection compared to any other and is also more reasonably priced. The overall atmosphere and vibe you get from just entering the shop is awesome, not to mention, it always smells great. Every time I visit, someone has been with me almost immediately to assist in any way they can, but are always respectful to give me space if I say that I just want to look around for a bit. I am very much an "old school stoner" but I also have a 17 year old son who has been trying to teach this old hippie about the newer techniques. We sometimes come there together and whoever is working always is happy to help explain any answers to questions I may have. Mr. Smoke (Smoke Shop) is a highly recommended smoke shop for all your basic needs for a good time. They have everything from your Bongs and Pipes, to your cartridges and everything the average smoker needs. Great quality materials are sold there, thick glass that isnt cheap. The prices are phenomenal, and even if it is a little pricey at the time you can check it out and see if its good quality by just asking! I got a 3 stage grinder, nice quality, with a brush and spatula for only 20$, and it was decent sized! The service you recieve at this smoke shop in particular is amazing. The employee/manager was a pretty cool guy, (josh in particular) but also many other employees of the establishment. I enjoyed the stay there and when asking questions i got a straight but sweet answer. They were nice people and were kind with the costumers and truly bonded with their needs. Totally recommend!
