If you all were genuinely concerned and HIPPA laws are such an issue you would reach out to me based on this review. I wrote my number down several times and there is a folder with my name slapped on it somewhere in your office.

The only thing that could make this right would be getting my money back but I know that's not going to happen. The thing I would really like back is my facial fat but that's not going to happen either. So the only thing I really want is for you to not request for Google to remove this review because I want people to know what I went through here. I ended up going out of state to Prolase Medispa in Fairfax Virginia. They have laser specialists and I'm getting CO2/IPL sessions for way less than you want to charge for JUST ONE session of CO2. In 3 sessions my scars are almost healed but I can tell you the 2 sessions of microneedling and 1 session of pico that I had at the facial center made no difference except the facial fat loss. Your nurse did not even know what excoriation disorder was she told me she came from a hospital setting. my guess is that she has limited training in laser and microneedling and this place just gave her a machine and told her to upsell. I spent close to $2000 with you all just to lose facial fat and SAW no removal/improvement of hyperpigmentation removed from my face. Makes me sick to think about it! If your nurse knew anything about this stuff she would have known that CO2 would have helped me 1000% more than microneedling or pico. She needed to have the guts to tell me she wasn't comfortable treating for an actual condition. There needs to be some kind common human decency when a person comes to you to treat for an actual condition. I wasn't some 80 year old looking to reduce wrinkles sitting on my dead husbands life insurance. I have meager savings set aside to reduce the damage I've inflicted from a mental disorder I suffered from all my life. My concern was NEVER skin tightening. I was 28 when I came to this rob shop for gods sake. Do better

And you know what's scary and hilarious to me? The fact that your nurse BRAGGED about an rf microneedling model that they were working with through sessions and taking before and after pics to post on the facial center website and you know what??? I looked all over for those photos - it's been a full year 1 session a month - and I NEVER SAW those pictures. God forbid you made that poor woman into a ghoul, you might as well have just lipo'd her face for the same effect in only one session!!! or you just blatantly lied to me to sell me on the sessions! Cause God knows I was talked to about bundling for a discount. BEWARE BEWARE most of their negative reviews are deleted after so many weeks months because Google allows it!!!! Please heed my warning

What they don't tell you is that rf micro needling CAN subsequently melt your facial fat and you can see a difference in 1-2 sessions. Normal settings for face is 40-43 degrees but if the incompetent untrained in laser rejuvenation aesthitician/nurse goes over that area more than once in the same location what do you think that will heat the fat/tissue to? Well above 40-43 degrees which will melt fat. I was 28 when I got this done TWICE and my eyes are so gaunt. It melted the fat from my cheek bones significantly. My outer orbital region has hollows and I have more pronounced smiling and jowling indentations/beginning of aging lines. I thought it was in my head but people have noticed. I came here to treat scarring from acne marks and the nurse tried to sell me on alternating sessions of pico laser and rf micro needling. I was wanting co2 laser but she was adamant that the latter will solve my issues. I am livid and I feel so cheated by this place and their incompetent staff. The doctor cancelled a consult I had scheduled twice to talk about CO2 that was at 4pm and I wasted/planned my entire day around this but I guess he just wanted to go home instead of do his job???? Please do not waste...

I had nurse practitioner Stacy Bowen do my lip fillers and she was amazing!!! I already had full lips so I was a little nervous because I didn’t want my lips to look too ridiculously big but she did them so perfect and she even waited for the swelling to go down to put the rest of the syringe in my lips bc she wanted me to be able to see how I like them after the swelling goes down to decide weather I want the rest of the syringe. My brother is a cosmetic dermatologist but lives in Chicago, so I decided to come here so my expectations and standards are very high for any cosmetic procedure and Stacy exceeded my expectations!! The experience I had in the Charleston office was amazing and such a soothing place to get any work done! Everybody was super nice and professional and knew what they were doing!! I’ve been receiving BioTE hormone replacement for almost two years. Stacie is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Menopause is no joke, but with the BioTE pellets, I’ve never felt better! She has also done 3 tattoo removal laser treatments on me. It’s almost completely gone.
