I recently visited this store . To purchase Indian masala and groceries. Despite the lengthy drive of an hour and 45 minutes, my experience left much to be desired.

Firstly, the store's operating hours listed on Google indicated that it was open from 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays. However, upon attempting to contact the store via phone prior to my visit, my calls went unanswered, leading to initial frustration.

Upon arriving at the store on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, at approximately 4:55 pm, I was met with further disappointment. As soon as I entered, I was abruptly informed by the proprietor that he was about to go on a break and requested that I leave, suggesting I return by 5:30 pm.

This lack of consideration for my time and needs was disheartening, especially considering I had traveled a significant distance and was in urgent need of only a few items. The proprietor's impatience and rudeness during our brief interaction further soured my impression of the store.

Pathethic customer service! We came here the second time and found the same rude curly head girl sitting at the front. She doesn't have any manners to talk or some kind of courtesy. She really needs to go back school and learn basic respectful attitude and how to talk... Firstly they open at 11 am but we waited for so long even after 11 and no one came to open the store on time. And most importantly There were 3-4 items out of so many which was expired totally. I pointed them out to her and instead of removing them from shelves she lower down their prices and put a sticker of discounted price on them. I asked her why don't she remove them totally and she replied some people ask for the expired products. Seriously!!! Why would any one would ask for the expired items and buy them. This is against the law. Knowingly selling the expired products and just for the sake of business you are playing with other people's life and health. I'm going to complain...

This place is awesome! Just what we need in the Charleston area!! Huge selection of international food including meats and produce! Very clean and modern on the inside. They also carry many lines supplements/ vitamins. Mostly everything in the store is NON GMO, Organic or natural. They also carry frozen/fresh meats anything from beef/chicken/fish/goat/lamb/quail etc certified Kosher/Halal.
