I have been a customer of PBT (fka Ultra Tan) on and off for well over a decade now and have come in contact with many different employees over the years (some of which lately have not been very nice nor professional), but none have ever been as kind & helpful as Amanda Ritter at the Folly location. I took a break from tanning for a little while, but recently decided to start a new membership at PBT. I don't remember the name of the person who helped me set up my new membership, but she was helpful in explaining the packages and new(er) beds for the most part. Amanda later explained the beds more thoroughly to me, and helped me decide on which lotion might be best for my skin type whenever it was time to buy another lotion. Every time I come into the Folly location, she is always cleaning and/or straightening up around the facility. I can definitely tell that she takes pride in her work and the environment in which she works so she makes sure it's always clean/tidy, organized, and looking great! She always has a smile on her face, has never been rude or impolite once, and has always been so quick to help. I wish there were more employees at that location like her. I cannot thank...

Their drop-in pricing is not transparent, and she tricked me into giving her all my data before she would even tell me the prices. Then she pushed me into using the Level 3 tanning bed. I told her that I had never done it and expressed concern about getting burned. Instead of offering me a cheaper and less intense tanning bed, she said I should just buy one of their lotions, which would apparently protect me. Twelve minutes of tanning were already over $27, so I didn't want to do that. Then she told me I'd feel it when I got burned and could just stop then. That's nonsense! I felt totally fine at first, but tonight was horrible. I'm completely burned from top to bottom. This place just wants your cash and doesn't care about your health. I trusted her that I'd be fine, but all she cared about was squeezing as much money out of me as possible. Never again. Stay away from this place. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI showed up at the time that I had available at the end of the day, according to their business hours, and an hour and a 1/2 of for their normal closing time, myself and 3 other random individuals stood outside the store waiting for them to open the doors, and they were closed. The employee decided to put a sign on the window that said they would Close An hour and a 1/2 earlier than their normal business hours and it was written in handwriting because of apparently the employee just didn't want to work the day. They didn't take covid restrictions serious. All the times I've been there, I was the only one wearing a mask. Neither the girl at the front desk or the other clients were wearing a mask. Unsafe! Disrespectful! Unhealthy! I had friends and also my dad who ended in the hospital because of it. And it looks like they think it is all joke....
