Please Donāt waste your time and money ! I have been trying to receive a sectional couch from them since June 9th, itās June 24!! They have Been giving me the run around since I started. Since June 9 I had 3 contracts . The first contract was voided on the day I was expected to received the sectional because the manager said I didnāt signed the agreement but (NOBODY) thought to called a day or 2 before my delivery to tell me that but okay! The second contract was refunded back to me because I was hoping to receive a shipment sooner because i waited a whole week thinking I was getting a couch because no one said otherwise but no I had to wait another week so i just told her to just refund me. After looking and couldnāt find nothing else I came back and open another agreement. I already came to my senses that Iām just going to have to wait till Monday ( today) June 24 to receive the couch . Finally today come , first off they told me that my delivery was from 1-3 Iām a daycare teacher so I have someone else sitting at the house for me to receive the couch but anyway I called them to confirm the hours again they told me that it change to 3-5 because they have truck. Okay ! It is now 4:15 and they say they close at 5pm. So WE call them, They never called us to inform us that the delivery wasnāt happening again because they didnt finish truck. We found out by calling you guys ! So we would of just been sitting here waiting for someone to come just to find out that nobody was coming. Anyway that really aggravate the person that was siting at the house all day because she had something else plan to do today so she called the store and went off. But what really got underneath my skin is the fact I told the person to called the store back to asked for my refund & that I donāt want the couch no more because Iām still at work. She said that Stephanie said āits already done, I already did itāā¦. Okay first of all who told you to cancel my agreement without my permission? What if I never had call back for my refund? I called the other day trying to get in touch with the district manager because the store that I dealt with refused to put me in touch with the DM.
