As a former employee, kimberly (the owner) is corrupt. she says she’s paying you a certain amount but will lower your pay without telling you (very illegal btw) and on a minor? get your stuff together. she said we were getting our online tips and when i got the check stubs, which i had to ask for multiple times before receiving, i wasn’t getting any online tips. i was trained by an employee who was trained by his friend which basically just told him “make a sub”. we were never taught how to let people use their coupons, pay with the app etc. if it was more than putting your card in or paying with cash we probably didn’t know how to do it. when kimberly was called out for her taking money from me and my boyfriend she wrote him a check for almost $700. she did right her wrong but that doesn’t say she won’t do it again. i personally wouldn’t not support her location or work here. she had 2 minors closing the store every night alone and sometimes we wouldn’t leave until 12 doing prep. there would also be EMERGENCIES at subway while we were working and we would call or text her and she wouldn’t text back because she was out busy. our safety was compromised multiple times in exchange for her fun, i bet she doesn’t even know. i can’t say anything now but if any health inspector walked in there while i was working we would get closed, not bc i wasn’t cleaning or not doing my job right but because these disgusting things were completely out of my control. at the end of the day Kimberly, the lady all the regulars love, is corrupt and is not a...

I asked about a certain coupon buy a six inch and get the other for 1.49. First the young lady didn't come to help her co worker which was a young man who did a great job had a line and all and got the customer in and out alone, who the young lady was very very rude to in front of customers. She told him to fix the sandwiches and ring up which he did he said you just told me to ring up which one you want me to do ring up or fix sandwiches told if you got an attitude just clock out and leave in front of the customers he did nothing wrong at all and I have witnesses. Read moreIve tried to go to this branch 3 times this week. I went at 7:30pm on Tuesday and the place was closed. I went at 9pm Wednesday, place was closed. I went today (Thursday) at 9:20pm and the place was closed AND I noticed the open light was still on.
What the hell is going on? Family Dollar right next to you isnt opening on time, is constantly out of stock, and you guys cant even keep your store open for dinner, have staff leaving early and not even turning off the OPEN sign?
Whats going on over here? How hard is it to operate on your own schedule? We didnt create your schedule/open hours, you did.
So either adjust your schedule to say (We close randomly) or maybe (We're not even open for business due to the government paying people to stay home).
Pick one, but be consistent. Follow your opening hours. We already know you dont even put real Tuna in your sandwiches, youve raised the prices on a declining food product, and now I cant even get in your store?
