UpdateI am leaving a 5 star review for this clinic because of the the front desk staff, especially Diamond and the provider Dr. Guilherme Corral. I have been to this Urgent Care about 4 times and always had a great experience until today 06/02/2025. Last week I went because of nasal congestion and saw Dr. Corral who was amazing. He took the time to listen to me and explain his thoughts of what was going on and prescribed me medication. Today June 2 I went back because my throat is still producing a lot of mucus and I started having heart palpitations at 10am. Diamond at the door checked me and there was no wait time and the nurse who took my blood pressure and checked my pulse was awesome. Then walks in this rude doctor name Leslie Cottrell, who has no type of bedside manner and no greeting and said I seen you have been to a couple places for this same matter. She only check my throat, (barely) and my breathing. She did not let me talk! She said she was prescribing a new medication for the congestion and one for the heart palpitations, but did not check the palpitations on a ekg, even after the nurse had told me to undress and put me in a gown. She just was very short with me. The visit lasted 5mins. I didn’t get her name because she spoke so fast and as if she didn’t want to be bothered. I look at her doctor nots and she has several things she did not do. You didn’t look in my ears, nor nose, we did not revisit any symptoms you have listed and I didn’t say anything about a headache. I will be calling my insurance to dispute some of the the things in the notes. The notes are not even professional. The ones from last week from Dr. Corral is very professional and everything we discussed. I will not recommend any patient to be treated by Leslie Cottrell, she needs to go shadow how to treat patients. This was my experience and I can’t speak for anyone else. I was highly upset when I left the office today.
Important Update Thank goodness I didn’t take the prescriptions this ignorant doctor prescribed, because she prescribed a medicine just like Benadryl. Which Benadryl is on my allergic reaction medication list for the same side effects this medication causes. She nor the pharmacy has no warnings about drowsiness or dizziness this could cause. Like I said originally she did not review my chart, just came in with giving out medications. Please always be an advocate for yourself! The experience however was concerning. When calling to make an appointment there was an overly long 20 minute delay, I understand that we all get busy but maybe put people on hold or consider some more staff? Regardless when I finally spoke to someone they never confirmed my appointment details or sent an email confirmation…low and behold my appointment was in the system incorrectly….
No worries the front desk honored my appointment then asked for my license and health cards to confirm details, I’m thinking that this will go great….nope when finally going back with the nurse the nurse asks for my name which I state…she responds that’s not what is on here.
Now I don’t usually leave reviews like this but HOW do you ask for that info at the front desk and send a patient back with completely wrong information, isn’t asking for the cards a way for you to verify everything? This is a healthcare facility and making mistakes like that question if one can trust you all with any type of sensitive or personal information?

Read moreUpdate: They reached out and now state I owe a "Facility charge" or "usage" of the same amount that my insurance was covering. So instead of getting the 200 back, they created a new bill for me to use that money. Seems suss. still dont have answers to my issues and am looking at a new provider.

Previous: I have mixed feelings on this place. I was billed incorrectly and low key feel like theyre trying to take advantage of me. I went in for a physical but asked about a chronic illness and was given the same talk on "eat better, exercise more" and was charged more than ive ever had to pay for bloodwork.
