Sprouts Farmers Market — Local services in Charlotte

Thank you Sprouts for coming to NODA been waiting since the ballantyne store had open! don't have to go to Ballanytne or Steele Creek anymore! A lot smaller than the ballantyne location and seem way smaller than the steele creek location. This sprouts reminds me of an ALDI/LiDL layout feel. A lot of people thought Trader Joes was coming to NODA but no its Sprouts. 20% off everything till this Sunday 8/24.There's self checkout. So happy to have a new Sprouts in NoDa! The store is spotless and well laid out. The produce was fresh and reasonably priced, though of course some other items can run higher — that’s expected with a specialty market. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could complain. It was opening weekend, so yes, it was crowded — that’s what happens when a neighborhood is excited for something new! The best part was the staff: super friendly, welcoming, and checking in often to see if I needed help. A great addition...

Nice store but the customer service at the deli is bad.i have went 3 times and have encountered the same rude lady. My husband and I stand at the counter to get meat sliced and she doesn’t speak or even look at you till after standing about 5 minutes with no interaction . Even if she’s not helping a customer. The least she can say is hello she’ll help in a second. Just acknowledge me atleast. Really makes me not want to go cause that’s my primary reason why I’m there. I won’t be back at that deli counter....
