I started seeing Leann over a year ago in hopes to find someone to help improve my skin from scarring/texture issues related to years of acne. I’ve received tons of treatments all over the Charlotte area and have never been impressed - other treatments always felt incomplete/not customized to my concerns. The first time I saw Leann I knew she was different - she is extremely knowledgeable about the science behind every treatment and product and can provide first hand feedback on everything out there, whether it’s from her own experience or her experience with treatments/products on her clients. I cannot respect this company's late cancellation service policies. I scheduled for a facial while pregnant as a treat and had to cancel on the day of my appointment due to a fluke day of being sick. I had full intentions to reschedule my appointment to a day where I knew I could lay flat for an appointment without getting up to get sick. This company explained that they charged my card despite me explaining my circumstance. It is difficult for me to understand a company that treats clients like this with such special circumstances.
