For $28 I was disappointed. I was very hungry, I’m visiting Charolette NC, driving along Sugar Creek Road when I saw a guy in a Grey shirt, Black pants, and Black sunglasses with a full Black beard standing outside of the truck taking orders. I parked, walked over to the menu, it is extensive, I ordered Salmon, shrimp and grits with cheese, turkey bacon, scallions, red peppers, and parsley with a Hawaiian roll. I get to my family house, sit down to enjoy it, only to taste it. The grits were watery, the salmon was thin less than 4oz piece, but tasted good, the 4 31-40 size shrimp only had paprika seasoning on the top of it, all the rest of the ingredients were placed in the middle and sprinkled with paprika.I guess I was expecting more, but for $28 I didn’t even want anymore after 2 bites of the watery Grits. I was a dasher for a $77 order made here and it included desserts and plates of food. They gave me two plates of food that wasn’t even part of the order. They said they got it mixed up with another order but no one picked any food up from here while I waited for 40 mins so they didn’t have any other order to get it confused with. They left and came back 30 mins later until they started preparing the new order. I cancelled the delivery because it was taking too long for an order that didn’t give me much benefit to wait longer an hour for.

I bought Steak and Shrimp hibachi combo. It came with yellow rice, garlic noodles and a side of carrots. I wanted to like this so bad as I love supporting black businesses. The food was not what I'm used to for hibachi. For the price and flavor of food, I gave one star. You can get properly cooked hibachi from Nakato's or sushi queen at a lower price and it's better. No real reason to visit again, unless you're drunk and nothing else is available....it's...
