My family booked an Airbnb in the area last weekend. We arrived on Friday night to see the pool (the reason we booked the house) was slimy, cloudy, and had a smell. After contacting our host, he said he would have someone out Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and as it started to go - we heard from our host that it’s really hard to find someone on the weekends to come out last minute but he’ll try his best. In an effort to save the family vacation - A quick Google search and a couple of phone calls later - we were lucky enough to find Miguel who said he could be out around 2p that day (it was just about 11a). For a $200 fee - he came assessed the pool (checking pH and chlorine levels), vacuumed, cleaned, and shocked the pool. He took the time to explain to us what the issues were, the work he did, and the timeframe in which we could use the pool and what to expect with cloudiness. Highly recommend! Miguel saved the vacation - especially since our host didn’t have someone out til the afternoon on Monday.
Miguel is very kind and was easy to communicate with (a quick phone call to explain the issue - followed by texting images, name, email, and location) and made the whole process of saving our vacation really painless (we received an invoice and were able to pay via card). After the cleaning he took photos and gave us a full report!...
Read moreOur experience with contractors in NC has been negative in general. Especially when it comes to follow through, communication and workmanship. We have had a few contractors who came highly recommended, but we were disappointed in the workmanship and they are hard to get back out to fix things that weren’t done right.
Esmeralda and Giovanni from the beginning were responsive, professional, and flexible. We needed concrete decking around part of our pool replaced and enlarged with a retaining wall. They estimated it would be a 3 week project (done in 2) and they scheduled us sooner than they originally planned as well, so we were able to start the season with the project completed!
They come out several times to make sure the crews were clear on job requirements and that things were being done right. Made minor changes as needed, and their crews were hard working and cleaned up every day.
In a time where there are a lot of “jack of all trades” out there to do a job cheap and then ghost you if u have issues, Daily View is not that kind of business! They are thorough, professional, had no gaps in scheduled phases, worked FULL DAYS, did a final walk through at the end of the job and we are certain that if anything crops up in the warranty period, they will make it right....
Read moreReinstalled a waterfall and retiled the inside of my pool just over a year ago. I also more recently had them replace a cracked concrete section on my pool deck.
Grout work was done very mediocre as they applied wayyyy too much in many areas which has caused it to start chipping off already. The also didn't consistently use the cut edge vs finished edge on the tile edge... so now you can see every place they did this.
The waterfall is already having an issue with operating correctly. It does not fully flow like they are supposed to with massive gaps in the waterfall. They came out to inspect the waterfall and said that it was an issue with water pressure. When the pump is turned on 100% the water blasts out over 2 feet from the waterfall with massive gaps in the waterfall still. They scraped huge gaps into the waterfall, and stuck tile holders into the water to get it to work. None of this fixed the issue.
After talking to support they said that because it was over a year old, they would not warranty the waterfall work. I withheld payment of the pool deck replacement due to them not replacing the waterfall.
Would not recommend if you want a warranty of more...
