It’s good to have this kind of store in the community and I am happy about that, But I am sorry to say that it’s very sad and disappointing at all to have such kind of an employee in your store. I went to look and to buy an item. There was a young man with a thick eye glasses who was really rude, full of hate ( I can read from his face easily ) and unhelpful at all. He can’t even talk and try to solve the issues easily at all. For each questions He keep saying ‘ I don’t know’. If he doesn’t know how to solve, communicate , handle and taking care of the customers nicely why does the owner doesn’t give the chance for other people who can fit and address the customer needs? As a professional guy I tried to be nice at all with a good attitude inside your store. As long as he is representing the business store , give customers the respect they deserve and show that in your language. For example, never fight back or hurt the customer, even if they sound irrational( But I wasn’t at all ) ; and never say “I don't know” to their request, but offer to go the extra mile and see what's possible. The owner or the manager should see that as a serious concern. It’s easy for me to buy from Amazon If you have this kind of unwelcome and unhelpful employee...

Mostly clothes for men, very lgbtqia+ store but my fiance and I (a straight couple) have gone in and everyone has been nice, a few weird looks but fair we are clearly not their target audience. The clothes are good quality and the workers are nice but they do not check the back for other sizes what's on the floor is all they've got. Mostly briefs very few boxer briefs or boxers but they have good harnesses and sportswear selection. A little confusing on harness prices cerse quality but that's a me problem. Just picked up some essentials and had a great experience (as usual) at the White Rabbit. The staff has always been polite and respectful. I’ve been able to ask my dumb questions and always have been greeted with kind and friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Being slightly curious I like to just look around at all they have to offer and it’s quite a lot! This is definitely the only place locally I go for my bedroom basics.
