I did not give the food a rating because this was my first time visiting this restaurant when I came into the restaurant neither one of the workers knew where my order was our place order an hour before pick up to allow myself time to arrive to this destination. I even called when I was 25 minutes out. The person I spoke to thank you for giving them the heads up. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to have my food prepared. They found the original order put in a icebox and I specifically ask for a warm sandwich so you do the math if you call one hour prior to arriving and you specify the time that you’re picking your order up the person who’s working at the front has more than enough time at least 15 minutes to make the food prior to that person arriving just to make sure that the food temperature is good And everything that they requested was on their sandwich now waiting in a rush. I don’t have time to check my food so I will come back and submit a review for how I put my order in online to specifically be made with topping and bread type. This is disheartening when you come to a place that you’ve never been before and you get the service that you don’t Deserve Apologies I always good, but I was intentional as a customer and I showed them the utmost respect, even asking them hey why isn’t my food ready and I called this order in at least one hour prior to me picking it up. I’m sure many people have had these types of experiences but I’m sharing because I’m very meticulous and I expect to be treated the way I treat others thank you guys for my food. I tipped 3.00 also, I have receipts to prove so. Have a...
Read moreSandwich was pretty good, bread was excellent. Unfortunately, their customer service lost them some stars. They insist on yelling out entire sandwich orders when they are ready at the counter, of which are sometimes inaccurate, instead of using a basic name or number based system. Was there for 10 minutes and saw two customers get the wrong sandwich in the confusion, including myself. I took it back to the counter and I have no idea what they did with that sandwich I already opened but they took it back and it disappeared under the counter. I asked them about a name system and they said they yell out the order description only. I guess if you enjoy hemorrhaging money that's the way to run your business. It's not very customer service based, just based on stubbornness at this point. Even if people are unsure if it is their sandwich or not that was called out, they still have to go to the counter and ask and it stops the operation of all 3 sandwich makers to address it. Watched it over and over standing there, shaking my head. I hope someday they drop the stubborn attitude and focus more on the customer or I'm afraid they may not survive.
What's hilarious is that at the to go counter, all orders are organized by name. That side of the counter ran flawlessly. ...
Read moreThe sandwiches are pretty good, however I wish I could say the same about the customer service. I've been to this sandwich shop about 4 or 5 times since I moved to the neighborhood last year and every time I have been in here the older woman who works up front has the most sour attitude. Not only does she cut you off as you're ordering, she appears frustrated and annoyed when you ask any questions about the menu. She also rushes you as you're ordering and it makes me feel like I'm forgetting to add a topping on my sandwich. The first time or two I just attributed it to her having a bad day, but after going back today I realized this is a recurring attitude. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the other staff members, and the other girl working today ( 3/6/25) was very kind and had no issue asking my friend and I the specifications of our sandwiches. After my friend and I both sat down, we just looked at each other uncomfortably because of how she acted towards both of us. I work in customer service and I understand not every customer experience is a pleasant one, but the way she acts is completely unacceptable. I enjoy the food here, but I don't think I will be...
