We both first bought the soft taco but we didn't like the soft tacos too well so we went back a second time and we just order the hardtop on the plane hard tacos they just have the lettuce no tomato just to let and cheese on with the me are we enjoyed that and I harder a iced tea with no sugar and my sister ordered the sweet tea so if you haven't tried the Taco Bell on Freedom Drive in Charlotte then please try it you would like it but if you catch one of the guys they're one of the black guys that work there at the drive-thru window and he acts like he can't hear you and you talk a little louder so he can hear you he's going to tell you that you're talking too loud so he needs to figure out which one he wants his customers to do talk a little louder or not talk a little louder so if that employee is there working he mainly work at night almost to dark as mine he'll come into work just remember this keep your cool when you're going through the drive-thru don't get upset at them because the manager stands over them all the time at the drive-thru he's right there so just keep your cool about it and just tell them what's what if something's wrong with your order so you can get it changed out and get your right order and be on your way that's...

I made the mistake of ordering on the app and paying for it before I got there 🤦🏼 When I arrived there were over 10 cars in line at the drive thru and in true Taco Bell fashion the drive thru was one that you can't escape from once you enter it (this is totally done on purpose I believe because they don't want people to leave because they take forever). So I decided to run inside and see if I could just grab my food from the counter. That's when I discovered why the line was so long. The employees were literally cursing and screaming at each other and several times they came close to throwing hands. Only one person was actually trying to make the food. After about 10 minutes a lady wearing a very inappropriate outfit for work whom I presume was the manager came busting in the front door and started yelling and cussing at the employees for fighting and not doing their job. She fired one guy on the spot and finally after about 20 minutes of waiting I got my food with no apologies from the manager for the unprofessional way her and her employees were acting or the amount of time it took for me to get my order. I did reach out to Taco Bell corporate and shared my experience and they refunded my food which was appreciated. I order to dine in. I waited for over 30mins. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they looked like they had new employees on the line. But people that ordered after me started getting their orders, so I stepped up and asked about my order. The young man claimed I didn't place an order (making it sound like I was trying to steal food), and it was not on his monitor. I showed him the receipt, and he shrugged his shoulders and mentioned he couldn't do anything. I asked for the manager, seeing the manager on the other side of the kitchen. She ignored me, and the young man repeatedly said, "I'm not the manager, what you want me to do." I asked again, could he get the manager, and he refused.
The young lady at the drive-thru came to me and looked at my receipt. She took it to someone else and asked to get my order completed. Unfortunately, they made my order wrong. I had no customization, so I don't understand how, but it was almost an hour at that point. So I let it go and ate my food.
