I was hoping they would have a small seating area inside, but it is only a drive-thru. It was rather confusing because despite two drive-thru lines there is only one on the far right that is used (only distinguishable by the menu sign, which I did not see upon driving into the parking lot). I walked up to the left side window and rang the button for service. The employee seemed surprised and slightly put off that I was there. She waited on me, but did not seem to be too happy about it. I expressed interest in the seasonal menu, which is accessed along with the full menu by a QR code on the window. She said that they’re not being offered and if I want to come back in winter time, then I can try them. Please note that it is still winter. She also said if I want to drive up and not stand in the hot sun then I can do that (again, it is winter, and a beautiful, cool day). I recommend blocking off the second lane if patrons are discouraged from walking up and perhaps don’t have a seasonal menu outside the window with QR code to eliminate confusion. Again, with so many drive-thru coffee shops popping up that offer a walk up option, it is helpful to have better directed signage as to where to go (especially when there is plenty of parking for customers). I ordered The Cupid with almond milk, which was tepid (disappointing), but fine. I will not go out of my way to come here again but if I am on the way to or from the airport it might be a good choice for a caffeine fix. I had higher expectations based on reviews but was left...

A trusted source told us that Cuplux has the best chai latte in Charlotte. Since I don't like coffee and I love chai lattes, I obviously had to try it.

The drive thru is super convenient. It's nice to not have to get out of your car when it's cold outside.

They were incredibly friendly! I know it's a drive thru, but their service was great. Our drinks were ready quickly. They offered for us to sign up for the rewards program and when we did, they gave us an awesome air freshener for the car.

We got a hot chai latte and a hot matcha latte. I have to agree that it was the best chai latte I've had in Charlotte. It wasn't too sweet and the chai flavor really came through. I wasn't a huge fan of the matcha latte. To be fair, I've never had one before, so I don't think I like matcha in general. It was too earthy for what I'm looking for in a warm tea beverage.

I've heard great things about the coffee as well. I'll definitely be back next time I want a chai latte! I would definitely recommend checking...

I've been here twice. Each time the service has been subpar, they don't sell their menu to you. If you enquire about the some items they dont have, they don't offer any alternatives, they just let you know, we don't have that and then keep quiet. Aren't you supposed to set your menu to me? All I can say is, if you're going, you should know what you're getting in advance. And for some reason, they discontinue their menus with a 2 week span. So if you go and ask for a summer menu, they don't have it. But they also don't have their fall menu open yet. I know their major selling point is that they have homemade syrups. But that can't make up for the overpriced drinks and subpar service. I'm a person who's always trying to support local businesses. But this place leaves much...

Coffee is good and the service is nice. But their pricing on their menu is different than what they charged us. Americano is a full dollar more than what was on the menu and they charge a $1 for alt milk instead of the listed .75 cents. Surprised they even charged us for milk. I would understand a little more if it was for a latte or a specialty drink but kind of crazy it was for a little bit of milk instead an americano.
