I really enjoy the fitness classes here. They push me out of my comfort zone and the flexibility of a 24 fitness schedule allows me to fit in a class whenever I need it. The heat from the infrared saunas help to soothe my joints and muscles and get deeper stretches. My goal is to use these classes with more strength training but this is a great option for training using body weight. There is also a smaller section with free weights if needed which allows for variety. In addition, there are machines for rowing and biking. There are consistent classes playing at different intervals to be able to catch one at your convenience and they are available to book back to back so if needed you can plan your workout to the length of time you have available or needed...

I recently discovered this amazing workout space, and it has completely transformed my fitness routine. The standout feature is the sauna workout rooms—a unique and intense experience that pushes your body to the next level while detoxifying at the same time. The space is spotless, with a great variety of equipment, especially for core training.

Tina is wonderful—always around to offer helpful guidance and encouragement. Dustin, the owner, is equally kind and supportive, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

Dustin, Carlee + Tina have made me feel so welcome as a new HOTWORX member! They each made personal, honest suggestions as to which workouts will be best for me (I have a back injury). Love how it’s open 24/7 + they have a vending machine where you can rent equipment if needed during their unstaffed hours. The added infrared saunas really kick up the spicy factor in the workouts. As someone who was an avid Orangetheory goer, HOTWORX is a great alternative to those needing low impact in place of high intensity (although they do have some high intensity classes for those that want it).
