My family and I are visiting Charlotte for a future relocation and this place was great. Awesome beer selection, pizzas and great place for kids to hang out.
However, we had a very uncomfortable incident with your head of security personnel at around 11PM. He became aggressive to our table saying that we can't be here anymore with kids past 10PM. We were totally unaware of this rule. Instead of coming to speak with us and let us know about this rule. This guy came up telling us we had to leave now and that kids can't be here. He grabbed me and tried to take me out of my chair and my wife told him we were leaving multiple times before he released me. I went to speak with management and my wife was walking out with her hand up telling him to take steps back because he was very aggressive and escalating a simple situation. He grabbed her arm and kept pushing towards her making her feel extremely uncomfortable especially with our daughter behind her. He continued to put his finger in her face and yelling at her even though she was just requesting space to feel comfortable to leave walking out. He continued to grab my wife's arm and pushing her outside of the property even though she was leaving but did not want to turn her back on this aggressive man. I tried speaking to the manager but he was physically pushing me out, assuming he didn't want to face repercussions of his actions.
We understand they security professionals, by standard, have to deescalate situation and he was definitely doing the opposite, even though we were telling him we were on our way out and leaving. He physically assaulted us and there are many witness to prove it.
It turned from a simple "kids are not allowed to stay here after 10PM" to "families get assaulted after 10PM"
We hope that this situation is addressed ASAP within your business so that other families don't go through what we went through.

Read moreDuring our recent company event, my group and I experienced discriminatory treatment from the bartender. We were having a great time, being respectful, and simply enjoying ourselves during game night only to be refused service without notice or explanation.
We were later told we were “too loud,” which felt unjustified and targeted, especially considering it was a game night in a bar, an environment where energy and conversation are expected. The abrupt refusal to take our drink orders, without any prior warning or professionalism, came across as both dismissive and racially biased.
This was not only embarrassing but completely unacceptable, particularly as this was a company-sponsored event where we had already placed a large order earlier in the evening. We expect to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as any other paying guests.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed immediately to ensure no other patrons experience the same kind of discriminatory behavior.
We fully intend to take this matter to the highest level necessary to ensure accountability and to prevent similar discriminatory behavior from occurring in the future.
We expect a written acknowledgment of this complaint and a formal response outlining the steps your establishment intends to take to address...
Read moreI've reviewed many places all over the states and the world. This by far is the WORST experience out of them all. I just left there because if you have any melanin in your skin, you will not be acknowledged at the bar. Several patrons that didn't look like me were acknowledged and served after I was standing and patiently waiting. It was so bad that my wife and I left. I asked a gentleman if he could take my order, and he said someone else would. At this time, I asked to speak to a manager. The bar manager (manager on duty as the bartender claimed they didn't know where the manager was) was apologetic and asked to make it right by offering free drinks and pizza coupons. Here's the thing....at this point, I don't want anything from this establishment. I don't need anything free and typically will spend lots of money with businesses that act if they welcome all people. I will make sure I let everyone in my community and circle know. P.S. They come from many backgrounds, communities, and ethnicities. As a leader of DEIB initiatives within the community, it's a shame that this occurred. This was our first time visiting and our last. We really wanted to like and try this place. If I could give a negative 1000...
