After throwing my back out recently, I decided to join a gym in order to strengthen my core and protect myself from injury. I am so grateful that I decided on CrossFit QC.
The coaches really listened to my goals and concerns (regarding my back). They are not kidding when they say that the workouts can be scaled to any fitness level - I work a desk job, and have absolutely no experience with weightlifting or athletics. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and very effective communicators, providing approachable explanations for new exercises and movements (even for a novice like myself).
They are incredibly encouraging and motivating, without compromising safety. There are numerous classes offered throughout the day (which is great for my sometimes-unpredictable schedule), and class sizes are small enough that the coaches are able to give personal attention to all participants.
I continue to find the workouts to be very challenging, but fun. I always feel that I've accomplished something afterwards. I am really enjoying getting to know the coaches and other members. I'll say it again - I highly recommend...

So glad to call this gym my home gym . Shoutout to Jess who always goes above and beyond for new members and current members.
