What a beautiful apartment complex! I had the pleasure of touring this unique space today with the wonderful Kristine. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed—almost as if I were already home. Kristine introduced me to the range of amenities that are soon to be available, as the complex is still under construction, and I’m already excited about everything it has to offer.
One of the standout features of this complex is its incredible location. Just about a mile from the beltline and with easy access to uptown Charlotte, it’s perfectly situated for city convenience while still providing a sense of retreat. With only a handful of tenants currently residing here, the complex offers a peaceful environment that’s sure to become a close-knit community.
Artistic touches and eco-conscious design elements are thoughtfully woven into the space, with lush greenery and artsy features throughout. As a vegan, I truly appreciate their commitment to sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint. The complex offers free bike storage with each apartment, and all walls are reinforced to allow residents to hang bikes in their own units—just one of many well-thought-out, practical amenities.
The complex also includes nearby walking and biking trails, and plans are underway to add a vending market on-site, making grocery trips minimal. The floor plans are beautifully designed, with everything you need easily accessible, and spaces range from 400 to 480 square feet. Despite the compact layout, the apartments feel surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully organized.
If you’re looking for a place that combines style, sustainability, and community, I highly recommend checking out this apartment complex. Plus, they’re currently offering some fantastic move-in promotions to celebrate their green initiatives and...
Read moreWe have lived on State Street for going on 8 years now. Since this apartment complex has opened we have seen an increase in police responding to issues and trash next to cars parked in front of our houses, making it difficult to navigate up and down the streets. This complex has no parking available. It was built with the parameters that tenants would not not have cars, and should be riding bikes and utilizing the trolley but it seems that the majority of the residents do have cars. The lack of care and concern for the residents of the Seversville neighborhood by the tenants and employees of Link Apartments in such a short amount of time is astonishing. There are cars parked everywhere and illegally up and down State Street. Our once lovely, quiet street and greenway has become full of trash and fast food containers and streets that are unsafe to drive on because of all of the cars lining both sides We love our community and our neighbors and refuse to...
