Rumble is awesome. The workout is intense, but can definitely be scaled based on your experience level. The trainers are always more than willing to work with you before class/during class if you need additional support/modifications/etc.
Parking: free during your workout! The lot is huge and I have never had an issue with finding a spot (if you frequent south end you know what a pain it is)
Booking: the app is awesome, very easy to use, it tracks all your classes, you can pick the spot you want, set a weekly goal, etc.
Workout: as mentioned, it’s challenging but 100% scalable. Punching things is fun, if you have a lot of pent up rage or stress this is the workout for you. If you’ve never boxed before or it’s been a while, there is a slight learning curve to the punches, remembering them, etc. I would say after 2-3 consistent classes it gets much easier to remember the punches.
Studio: there are lockers, a couple bathrooms with toiletries if you need them (hair ties, deodorant, feminine care, etc). If it’s your first time you’ll need wraps (they sell them for $25 or you can bring your own that you’ve bought elsewhere) and you can rent gloves for $3. The workout space is one side bags, the other side benches with weights. It will be dark and loud, which I love because it allows me To focus only on me, but can be overwhelming the first time if you aren’t used to a class like that.

Read moreMy friend and I went this morning and had a terrible experience with the blonde at the front desk. We have gone to rumble before and had a great time with no issues. Her attitude was extremely rude upon our arrival. We understand that late policies are important and respect it, however my friend tried calling multiple times beforehand because she experienced an emergency on the way with NO answer from the front desk. She has also never been late for a class, so checking a website while she is driving is not something she can do. To respond to her review and make it solely about the late policy is ridiculous when the issue was the blonde’s attitude, not the policy. We showed up at 12:10 and ask if it was okay to still attend the class and be treated rudely is not okay. My friend loves going to this place. Had you all answered the phone it would have saved time for us both. Does the number on your profile not work? My friend is the one who introduced me to rumble and it sucks that this was my 2nd time and even after being told we could go into the class we decided not to attend because the blonde kept being rude to us. She shouldn’t be working front desk if she doesn’t know how to be respectful...
Read moreI joined Rumble Boxing on a 3 month membership in January. They were very kind and gave me a discount. That’s was where the kindness ended. When I joined, the general manager told me the exact that at the end of the 3 months that my membership would not renew. I guess my fault was taking her at her word as little did I know the written agreement said something completely different. I specifically asked her this question as I had bad experiences with these types of agreements in the past, and she again told me I would not have to worry about canceling the membership. Unfortunately, she told me misinformation for her business to profit. This was not the first time this happened during my membership. There were many times where I mistakenly informed by the staff at this establishment. I personally believe you should be able to trust what people tell you. That is not the case with Rumble Boxing !
The workout itself is great; the customer service is much to be desired as they lied to my face and did not tell me accurate information upfront
They will deny all of this though, but I know what I heard is true. Ashame. Now I’m sitting with $189 charge for a membership...
