I think the salon is very nice, very upscale my rating is not for the salon but for the stylist I had, I do understand that timing is everything but all three times I went there the stylist made be feel very uncomfortable and she made me feel as though she didn’t want to do my hair the last time I went which was last Friday she didn’t even color my hair because she ended up flat ironing it instead of roller setting it. So she didn’t do it because of the timing, she gave me the 5:00 appointment I didn’t choose on my own, I never been to a shop where u can’t always get what u want even when u ask, The receptionist even asked me when I left did I get my hair colored because I stated I wanted my hair colored when I made the appointment with her, she was even upset with me when I told her I wanted my hair cut on MY NEXT VISIT. I was looking for a new hair stylist unfortunately I got the wrong one I won’t be returning...

This place is ridiculous and overpriced, first it took them 2 days to get back to me with an appointment, then they wanted to know how long my hair was and they asked for a picture of my hair, (from there I knew it was going to be a waste of time but I continued to play along to see how far they will go.) A women's haircut in the area includes washing , cutting and styling. This place told me if I wanted to get the full service (that everyone else offers), the cost will start at $120.00 ridiculous! . The next day I got a very nice and professional haircut at another salon in the area. (Washed and styling for $ 55.00 . ( Very Fair price ) . This place only opens 3 or 4 days a week but they want to charge customers and make up for the days they are closed....

The owner and master stylist, Chundra Waters, has being doing my hair for 23 years. The salon and staff is my second home/family because they are professional, friendly, take pride in their work and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Chundra always ensures that I leave looking and feeling better than I did when I walked in and she’s attentive to every piece of hair on my head whether it’s a cut, color, shampoo, etc...she’s a perfectionist! Continuing education in the hair industry is important to her, hence the many hair styles I’ve had over the years!
