Subway — Restaurant in Charlotte

Ugh, I really hate leaving this review. The owners are obviously struggling financially and overestimated the profits from this franchise. They severely limit your toppings, almost to the point of it being funny. The scoop they use for tuna, for example, is about half of what you'll find at other Subways. The owners berate employees who give customers the amount of veggies they ask for. They regularly argue with customers who request more than what said owners consider "enough." This shop refuses to accept national coupons, citing financial constraints.

I'm sorry, but if you're facing so much hardship that you can't afford to give someone an appropriate amount of even LETTUCE, then you probably shouldn't be in business.

I feel for the owners, because I'm sure they're under a tremendous amount of stress, but people need to know what they're getting into. One of the owners got into a yelling match with a customer last week over toppings, and essentially told her to mind her business because she knows what...

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ordered my food on the online app picked it up and when I got home the entire order was wrong. One sandwich basically was just bread barely any meat or the toppings I asked for. Second sandwich was made wrong as well they put topping on my sandwich I didn’t even ask for. When I went back to complain about my order I was told that I could not get a refund and I can just scrap the toppping off my sandwiches I didn’t want. I was told I had to get my refund through the app and they didn’t know how to do it, told me to figure it out. Had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and found out not only did they make my sandwiches wrong they also took it upon themselves to tip theirselves 20% for my order, which I did not agree on. Long story short.. if you do decide to go there be mindful of the workers who are rude, obviously high on drugs, can barely speak to you properly and or make a sandwich, which tells you...

Worst experience ever I would never go back to this establishment. The female owner or GM is very rude unprofessionalI Will not except my coupon because of a little tear in it. Sandwiches were already made and bagged she would not except my coupon There is nothing in the store or online or anything posted that coupons cannot be tore. I didn’t go to get another coupon out of my car she would not except that either.
